John Manuel

I was so nervous, as I sat in the court room, waiting for my case to come up. In strolled Mr. George Neskis, and he approached the front of the room with great confidence. After some talk with the officer who ticketed me, I was called up to the bench, and the case was dismissed. Apparently, Mr. Neskis had found holes in the officer's report, and the judge kindly agreed to let the case go. Thank God I had such a terrific lawyer, as I would have been intimidated by the whole scene. I was so relieved, and still am, with the results of the case. Thank you, George Neskis!

Michelle Parker

Michelle Parker concentrates on personal injury law, elder law, wills, trusts and estates, litigation, corporate law and criminal defense law. Michelle regularly handles civil, probate, and traffic cases throughout the seven cities of Greater Hampton Roads. She attended Regent University School of Law where she was a member of the Trial Practice Association, serving as its co-chair in her final year of law school. Michelle often speaks at civic leagues and other forums regarding the importance of having a will. Additionally, she has taught several Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses on uninsured motorists, under insured motorists and personal injury litigation. Michelle Parker is totally incompetent! The Decker Law firm has a great reputation, but do not use her if you decide to go there. She was the worst attorney I ever had for an accident/personal injury. Your attorney is supposed to be knowledgeable and negotiate fiercely on your behalf. I should have just hired myself. Select anyone on the team but HER!

Mr. George Neskis

Mr. Neskis is a true professional. This was my first time ever dealing with a lawyer and he walked me through all of it and broke it down. I had so many random questions and he had no problem answering them. Anastasia was extremely helpful as well! He got all my charges dismissed and helped me out in so many ways! Would recommend Mr. Neskis or this law firm to anyone! George Neskis and the whole staff at The Decker Firm are a class act. Nothing but the best here. The are all friendly and very knowledgeable about the law. You will not find an attorney that will work harder for you.

Peter G. Decker

Peter Decker, III focuses his practice on criminal, traffic, and personal injury. He regularly practices in the General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations, and Circuit Courts of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Suffolk and Newport News. Pete provides representation at multiple states of the criminal process including preliminary hearings, bond hearings, and jury trials. He practices in all federal and state courts in the Hampton Roads region. If you are in traffic court, Mr. Decker is the attorney you want standing in front of the judge with you. He exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He and his paralegal, Kaylee, are delightful! Mr. Decker is a first class attorney. He represented me in a traffic court situation recently, which was ultimately dismissed. I've hired Mr. Decker on more than one occasion with positive outcomes. If you have Mr. Decker representing you, then you have the best in town representing you!

Preston Bagdon

I got charged with a misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Peter Decker Jr. himself had a consult with me, and after he wrote furious notes about my case we agreed to $1000. Through the months leading up to my court date I sent him constant updates to which he never responded. In fact, he himself didn't communicate with me AT ALL until 5 mins before I needed to go up and hit me with "Okay, yeah we're pleading guilty." As if I couldn't have done that on my own. So I get charged, go through 6 months of probation, and he doesn't even show up to the last court date until after I've already sorted everything out myself. Clearly Peter Decker just saw my case as an opportunity to make a quick easy grand. Hope he doesn't view your case the same way.

Ray Smith

This is a superb law firm. I worked through a pair of serious traffic issues with one of the partners, George Neskis. Everyone I met in the office was friendly and professional. The office is efficient. And the legal advice and direction was top-flight. He told me what I could expect, and he delivered. Importantly, he didn't over-promise, and he didn't under-perform. Highly recommended.
