Ahmad Zamri has worked at Pelaburan MARA Berhad for over 28 years. He is the current Head of Information Technology. He graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor (Hons) in Computer Science. He brings a wealth of expertise in implementing various systems for PMB Group, including unit trust systems, human resource systems, investment, and financial systems, as well as a wide range of IT-related disciplines such as application development, IT support, networking, and system administration.
Dato' Julainie bin Mohd Salleh was appointed to the Board of Pelaburan MARA on 12 September 2022.
He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at MARA Corporation Sdn Bhd (MARA Corp), the holding company of Pelaburan MARA. Dato' Julainie is a member of Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and brings with him extensive working experience in Corporate Restructuring, Business Financial and Operational Management in various fields ranging from banking and financial institutions, plantation, property and construction, oil and gas, hospitality and others.
Prior to MARACorp, he was the Director of Corporate and Business Strategy Division at Padiberas Nasional Bhd (Bernas) which he joined in 2018 and was responsible in the turnaround process that saw increased profitability for the group of companies under Bernas.
Dato' Julainie also previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) at UDA Holdings Sdn Bhd of which the Group achieved its best ever financial performance in 2015. His earlier working stint also included being the Senior Vice President of Business and Financial Advisory at Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), GCFO/GCOO at UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd and the Group Financial Controller at Impiana Hotel Group of Companies.
Dato' Julainie obtained his Bachelor in Accounting at the University of Hull, England after attended his A-Levels at Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK). He received his secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Sains Muar, Johor and English College in Johor Bharu.
Dato' Mohamad Razali bin Mohamad Rahim, aged 63, was appointed as Chairman of Pelaburan MARA on 3 August 2023. He worked for a number of organisations both multi-national and local.
He was also the Real Estate Specialist for Asia and Oceania. In 1997 he joined SP Setia as Executive Director and was responsible for the construction of the Prime Ministers' Office and the Prime Ministers' Residence in Putrajaya as well as all the housing units under the joint venture. After SP Setia, he went into Islamic Banking with Abrar Discounts Berhad. Dato' Razali was also with the MIDF group where he headed the Group's Business Development Division. He also had stints in Premier Nalfin Berhad, Wembley Industries Berhad and Khee San Berhad.
Dato' Zulfikri Osman is the current Deputy Director General (Entrepreneurship) of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). His academic credentials in Accounting and Business-related support the leadership and direction he has taken throughout his career.

Dato' Zulfikri bin Osman has over 30 years of experience in various positions in entrepreneurship, education, and investment in the public and private sector. Dato' Zulfikri Osman spent his early career with the News Straits Times and Auto Bavaria, after which he ventured into various roles focusing on entrepreneurship development with MARA.
He has been instrumental in engaging industry players and government agencies to respond to market needs in the region. His involvement in high-impact related business exploration since 2014 has shifted MARA to the new entrepreneurial segment recognized by the nation. In 2015, he was appointed as a member of the Malaysia Aerospace Council, a national steering body dedicated to development in the aerospace industry in Malaysia. He is also a Board member of several GLC companies.

Hasni Hassan has been with the Pelaburan MARA Group since 2017 before she assumed her current position in April 2023.
She is responsible to create awareness, conduct continuous review and business process improvements for the implementation and management of new / revised Standard Operating Procedures & Policies, Guidelines, Manual, as well as the Delegated Authority to align with the Group's operational directions.
She has more than 20 years of experiences in the banking and financial services industry ranging from Corporate & Commercial Banking as well as SME Financing (Business Development, Marketing, Credit Evaluation, Financing Documentation, Disbursement and Early Care) with Malayan Banking Berhad, Bank Islam (M) Berhad, OCBC (M) Bank, RHB Bank Berhad, Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad and Malaysia Debt Ventures Bhd.
She received her Professional Certificate in Islamic Finance (PCIF) from INCEIF and graduated from the University of Tenaga Nasional with B.A. Accounting (Hons).

Mahani Ibrahim has more than 20 years of experience in credit and business risk evaluation as well as investment bank products. She began her career in the banking and financial services industry at the Pacific Bank Berhad as credit officer. She continued her service with AmInvestment Bank Berhad as Associate Director - Corporate Banking/Corporate Investment Banking (1997 -2006) involving building relationship with large corporates and listed companies in various industries (plantation, property, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing) with main concentration on Johor state government linked companies and Johor based large corporates liaising mainly with clients' top management and board of directors.
In 2007, Mahani joined RHB Investment Bank Berhad, Kuala Lumpur as Vice President - Corporate Investment Banking until 2009 before leaving to accept the post of Director - Financial Institutions Group at AmInvestment Bank Berhad, KL in 2010.
Later she went on to serve OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad as Vice President - Debt Market & Syndications, Global Investment Banking (2013 - 2017) where she played a crucial role in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with various parties in Ministry of Finance ("MoF") and the relevant subsidiaries of MoF for the OCBC Group.
Mahani went on to join Pelaburan MARA Berhad as Director Institutional Sales, Fund & Analytics in Dec 2017. Within the Group, she had also served as the Head, Strategic Sales of PMB Investment, the Acting Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer for PMB Investment. Pursuant to the Securities Commission's approval on 1 October 2021, she is currently the Chief Executive Officer of PMB Investment.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA.

With over 27 years of experience in capital market development and fund management, Mahdzir has held key leadership positions in strategy, policy development, investment and market development for companies such as Bursa Malaysia, CGS-CIMB Securities, i-VCAP Management Sdn. Bhd. and Valuecap Sdn. Bhd.
During his previous stint with the Stock Exchange, he was involved in the enhancements of policy framework, market development initiatives as well as marketing and promotions as part of the efforts to increase trading activities and market velocity. Earlier in his career, Mahdzir had wide experience in the fund management industry where he headed a licensed Islamic fund management company and also held the positions of Chief Investment Officer / Portfolio Manager at several other investment outfits.
Graduated from the Northern Illinois University, USA, Mahdzir holds a BSc Finance (Honours) and previously carried Fund Manager's Representative license issued by the Securities Commission. He is also alumnus of Universiti Teknologi MARA and an old boy of the Malay College Kuala Kangsar.

Marina is responsible for the Group's Corporate Communication strategy and works with member companies to develop and implement the Group's strategy. Marina's expertise extends beyond traditional communication channels, as she is well-versed in leveraging digital platforms and emerging technologies, to enhance communication effectiveness and reach a wider audience.
She has more than 30 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, and strategic communications. Marina has held senior roles in public and private sectors which provided her with valuable insights into governmental operations and communication practices as well as the best understanding of market dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
Marina holds a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM).
Mohd Adzhar Abd Hamed began his career in the banking and financial services industry at the Mayban Finance Berhad, where he served from 1991 until 2000. He then joined Amanah Saham MARA Berhad where he gained administrative and management skills. He later moved into several senior management roles in Pelaburan MARA Berhad including as the General Manager / Head, Legal, Compliance & Risk Management since 2016 before being appointed on 15 September 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer.
