Founder and President Allan Fisher has been the recruiter of choice to elite local, regional, and national accounting firms for 24 years. Leveraging his extensive industry expertise, Allan is driven to facilitate transformative change for organizations and candidates, alike. Allan originally began his career in accounting, spending two years with a professional services firm. From there, he moved to a division of a $500 million publicly traded software manufacturer. In January 1998, seeking to utilize his accounting background in service to others, Allan made the jump to recruiting, joining Accounting Principals, a national staffing firm. In his three and a half years with Accounting Principals, he was ranked as one of the top executive recruiters nationwide, winning the "Consultant Of The Year" award by the California Staffing Professionals Association (CSP) in 2000. Knowing his unparalleled integrity could deliver an elevated client experience and his industry-specific insight could provide more effective talent solutions, Allan decided to strike out on his own, founding Premier Financial Search in June of 2001. In the 20 years since PFS' inception, Allan has cultivated lasting relationships with many of the industry's most innovative and respected firms. With a reputation for unqualified integrity and the climate of candor and unmitigated confidentiality Allan brings to each engagement, many of his clients now call on his decades' worth of industry expertise to function in a capacity as strategic advisor for his talent recruitment, engagement, and retention expertise - a role he considers his greatest success. Pursuing her natural acuity toward people and relationships, Deanna joined PFS in 2016 as a recruiter. She was quickly able to adapt her experience in the customer service and entertainment industries to reify client missions and goals. However, Deanna quickly found that the rapport she was creating within and among her team was becoming what most gratified and motivated her. Driven by a pursuit of excellence, she took on a support role in addition to her work as a recruiter. Over the last few years, she has transitioned to internal client service as Director of Operations supporting the organization as it establishes a national presence. Today, Deanna excels at providing internal solutions and resources for productivity and enhanced client experience. From inception to execution, Deanna is responsible for internal training and education, human resources, accounts receivable, spearheading special projects, and also serves as the Team Culture Ambassador sustaining PFS' values of teamwork, transparency, and training. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Deanna is a serious health enthusiast. A former CrossFit coach and competitive weightlifter, she is always seeking her next outdoor adventure with her husband, son, and their dog.

Erika Drucker is a self-described "born connector." Whether in a personal or professional setting, Erika's innate ability to connect authentically and communicate effectively has been a proven differentiator over the course of her varied career. Utilizing her naturally inquisitive personality and warm disposition, Ms. Drucker creates a space of candor, allowing clients and candidates the opportunity to get honest about their goals and aspirations and any obstacles to them. Erika brings with her to PFS an extensive and successful history in real estate and property management, a profession which allowed her to employ her intrinsic capabilities to provide exceptional, white-glove customer experiences to her clientele for more than a decade. During her time in property management, Erika quickly rose through the ranks to become Business Manager, leveraging her ability to work with diverse personalities and to fulfill demanding roles in fast-paced environments. During her time at Legacy Partners Residential, Erika received the Assistant Business Manager of the Year Award (2011) and Business Manager of the Year (2017). Erika is a mother to two beautiful humans and one dog named Violet. When not connecting with people in a professional capacity, she loves to cook, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.
