Angelo M. Pesce

Angelo has extensive senior management experience in all aspects of human resources. Immediately before establishing Pesce & Associates in 2003, he was Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, at Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care. Before that, he was Chief Negotiator, Management Board of Cabinet, Province of Ontario, and Executive Director, Human Resources, at Ryerson University. As a Consultant he has acted as Advisor to the Cabinet Office (Queen's Park) on Labour Relations in the Public Sector. Angelo's style, whether negotiating or managing change, is principled, and he seeks solutions that enhance the organization's effectiveness. He is an acknowledged expert in labour relations and has successfully negotiated many collective agreements, from small to very large. He also has extensive experience in strategic human resources planning, change management, and conflict resolution. He has led job evaluation change on several occasions and has managed several cultural transformation initiatives as well as organization design initiatives. Angelo is sought after as a conference speaker on a variety of human resources topics, including attendance management, labour relations, discipline, and elder-friendly workplace. He has taught courses at Ryerson University for several years, most recently on human resources management and industrial relations. Erin Holl

Erin is a senior HR professional with a specialization in compensation, labour and employee relations. Erin has 25 years of public sector experience. Her responsibilities included administering collective agreements, negotiating collective agreements, developing bargaining strategy, acting as Chief Spokesperson and managing OPSEU part-time certification applications on behalf of the Ontario college system. Erin has significant experience working with public and private sector employers to review pay equity compliance and prepare new and revised pay equity plans. Compensation reviews and market pay studies resulted in legislatively compliant pay scales that were market competitive. This required reaching out to identified comparator organizations, collecting pay information, analyzing pay information and developing new salary scales. Over the course of her career, Erin has successfully managed relationships with OPSEU, CUPE, SEIU and CAW. Erin is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Lee-Anne Vandenberg

Lee-Anne is an experienced Human Resources leader with specialized knowledge and practice in the small business and not-profit sector. Lee-Anne has provided consultation and guidance to organizational leaders on compensation and benefits, employee/labour relations, performance management, recruitment, conflict management, and policy development. Lee-Anne has provided services to small and medium sized business in the private and not-for-profit sector as a Human Resources Consultant. In this role, Lee-Anne acted as her clients' human resource department providing human resources-expertise and services on site, by phone or email. Lee-Anne has successfully facilitated, developed and implemented strategic human resources initiatives including HR & H&S program, policy and procedure development, implementation and training, full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration (including the process of sourcing a new provider and implementation), updating salary grids and compensation research and support, providing advisory support to supervisory team members, project management, disability management and organizational development. Nicole is a Human Resources generalist with a demonstrated history of recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, policy development, performance management, and successfully managing conflicts. Nicole has worked with small and medium sized organizations to develop and maintain all aspects of their human resources department. She has been responsible for full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and training, performance management including assisting in disciplinary meetings, creating, and maintaining policies, creating, and updating SOPs for positions, and processing bi-weekly payroll. Nicole has created health and safety policies and procedures and participated in monthly workplace inspections and meetings as the management representative of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. She has participated in health and safety investigations and has created and overseen return to work programs for employees. She is a certified member of a Joint Health & Safety Committee through a Chief Prevention Officer approved certification program and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

Racquel Dalling

Racquel is an experienced Human Resources generalist with extensive experience in public sector organizations. She is known for initiating HR programs that strengthen the human resources framework and improve employee relations. Through involvement in the strategic planning HR process, she has provided consultation and guidance on how to ensure the most effective use of people to accomplish the organization's mission. To support the human resources framework, she has developed policies and procedures to guide the labour relations process, designed and implemented a performance management program and led the development of a series of career management initiatives. She made significant contribution to staff development through talent management, mentorship and inter-agency training initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been involved in projects that drive organizational effectiveness, including organizational restructuring, job evaluation, core competency plans and employee surveys. Racquel holds a Master of Human Resource Development from the University of the West Indies and an undergraduate degree in Management. She is a member of the HRPA and a Certified Human Resources Professional.
