Carrie Holewinski - CFO

Carrie joined Perlick in 2022 and leads Perlick's accounting and finance functions, bringing her in-depth experience in cash flow management, forecasting, tax, financial reporting, acquisitions, international operations, and building efficient and motivated teams. Carrie has more than 15 years of experience with a focus in the manufacturing industry, advancing as an assurance manager at Baker Tilly before becoming Corporate Controller at Regal Ware and Glenn Rieder.

David Perlick-Molinari

David is part of the company's fifth generation of family ownership. Honored to continue the legacy, he serves as an active member of the Perlick Corporation Board of Directors and as chairman of its Governance Committee. In addition to his roles at Perlick, he is a family-business founder in his own right (along with brother Robert) of YouTooCanWoo, an audio postproduction and music company in New York serving the arts, entertainment, and advertising industries worldwide.

David Villar

David leads Perlick Corporation's manufacturing operations with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing to drive efficient, service-oriented operations that support organizational growth and development. Before joining Perlick, he was a Director of Manufacturing at Bradley Corporation and held positions at General Electric Power & Water and Healthcare divisions.

Dax Whitehouse

Dax joined the Perlick Board of Directors in 2022. He brings vast closely held and family businesses and operations expertise to the Board and where we will leverage his experience in strategic planning and deployment, succession planning, governance and talent development. He is currently the Principal & Managing Director at Hale Partners & Axiom Financial Strategies Group.

Jeff Schwager - Chairman

A seasoned manufacturing executive and business leader, Jeff believes the opportunity to work with family businesses that want to remain privately held and grow through multigenerational transitions is very rewarding. Presented with an invitation to join the Perlick Corporation Board of Directors in 2018, he eagerly accepted and has committed to helping the company build on its history and grow to new heights.

Laurie Bergum Navarro

Drawn by the Perlick legacy and sharing the passion of keeping the company family owned, Laurie joined the company part-time in 2009 and took on a full-time role in 2018. In her role as a Perlick Corporation manager, she works directly with associates at all levels to create a culture that instills pride in the products the company makes and fosters an enduring commitment to quality.

Mark Bergum - Shareholder

Focused on creating a company with the strong foundation to continue to thrive for the next 100 years, Mark is part of the fifth generation of family ownership at Perlick Corporation. Mark is a professional engineer at Tetra Tech concentrating on the evaluation of energy efficiency programs and projects. At Perlick, he serves on the Audit Committee.

Rebecca Edwards - CMO

With a 32-year career in product, channel, brand and sales management including executive leadership, Rebecca leads Perlick's go-to-market sales, brand marketing, product management, and industrial design teams. Before joining the company, she led B2B, B2C, and eCommerce marketing and sales initiatives for industry leading global brands including Master Lock, SentrySafe, Huffy Sports, Sterling Plumbing and Amerock.

Robert K. Perlick

Robert K. Perlick was born in Germany. He immigrated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with his mother and five brothers and sisters, in 1885. Robert worked in tool shops for years and, at age 41, decided to open his own business. He borrowed $1,000 from his oldest son Walter and contributed $1,000 of his own money to get the business started.

Robert Perlick-Molinari - Shareholder

As a member of the Perlick family and part of the fifth generation still actively involved in preserving the Perlick Corporation legacy, Robert focuses on shareholder and governance issues and making sure the company continues to lead the industry well into the next 100 years. He works alongside his brother David in their other family business as head of Label and A&R operations at Brooklyn-based music studio YouTooCanWoo, including directing the company's new indie disco and house label, Toucan Sounds.

Steve Silha - VP of Sales

Steve joined Perlick from Vivreau North America where he served as Vice President of Sales for the past eight years. Steve has an extensive background in consultative selling processes and sales leadership, with demonstrated performance in maximizing market share in existing markets, developing new channel opportunities and customers, and effectively managing and developing teams for revenue and profit growth. He has also led successful implementations and adoptions of CRM systems and other sales processes throughout his career.

Theodore "TJ" Perlick Molinari

As the lead voice for the family on the Board of Directors, TJ works with the board chair to ensure shareholder expectations are met and the company endures for the next generation. He also serves as corporate secretary and on the Audit Committee.

Todd Endres

In keeping with his impressive career as a financial leader for manufacturing companies with strong cultures and employee engagement, Todd joined the Perlick Board of Directors in 2018. He brings his extensive professional experience-as well as a passion for family business-to bear in his fiduciary role as chairman of the Audit Committee. Currently, he is executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary for Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc., a privately held company with annual sales in excess of $1 billion.

Tom Nackers

An experienced IT professional, Tom has been leading the Perlick Corporation Information Technology team since October 2019. Driven to use technology to improve external and internal stakeholder experiences, service and support, he is a key contributor to the formulation and ongoing execution of Perlick's digital strategy. Previously, he held IT leadership positions at Oshkosh Corporation and AT&T.

Tracy Pearson - CEO, President

Tracy joined Perlick in 2021, providing key value to the company's financial function based on her wide-ranging expertise in driving revenue, building financial infrastructures, and facilitating strategic alignment to create high-performing organizations. With a Big 4 accounting background and more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries, Tracy has served as CFO for several companies and has extensive experience with both public and family-owned businesses.
