At PMG, it is our company's goal to provide quality management services to the Condominium/Villa/Home Owners Associations and their members. Our management services are designed to help facilitate the day-to-day care of a condominium complex, as well as to plan for the future, in order to protect the investment of all Owners... The property management division of Professional Management Group, Inc. provides management, accounting, maintenance, and grounds-keeping services for Condominium/Villa/Home Owner Associations in the Lake of the Ozarks area. We are currently managing seventeen Associations comprising of nearly 1,500 units on all sides of the Lake. Accounting services are provided to three additional associations. These include some complexes that are still under development, as well as more mature complexes, ranging in sizes from 17 to 218 units.
