Ashley is a true Lake native. She was born and raised in Camdenton. Missouri (Go, Lakers!), and could not imagine growing up anywhere else! To her the Lake is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth, and she loves that she now has the opportunity to raise her family in an area that puts such an emphasis on community and promoting not only local school districts, but also local businesses. Ashley has been married to her wonderful husband, Colt, for 4 years and they have two adorable girls, Emma (11) and Charlie (1). Ashley was hired by PMP in 2016. She loves the ever-changing, fast-paced environment of property management, and she will be the first one to tell you that the support she receives from the entire PMP staff is unmatched compared to other companies where she has worked. When Ashley isn't knee deep in returning emails and putting out "fires", you can find her blogging; singing karaoke at her favorite dive bar; or spending time with her large extended family which can still be found in Camdenton, Missouri.
Blake Hohensee began his career in manufacturing as a supervisor, then progressed through manufacturing leadership positions for roughly 10 years. The past 4 years Blake has been at Paul Mueller in Springfield running various Business Units for the company with full financial responsibilities. In his free time, Blake loves spending time with his family: wife, Jennifer, and his two daughters who are aged 11 and 9.
Bonnie moved here from St. Louis, MO in 2005 where she successfully sold real estate for 25+ years. One of the things that drew her to the Lake area was the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Lake of the Ozarks. Bonnie is so proud of her family which includes: her daughter, Angie Elmendorf, and her husband, Kyle; her son, Aaron Burton, and his wife, Autumn; her three adorable grandchildren, Abigail (9), Brenner (9), and Layton (5); and her two cats, Twinkle Star and Midnight. When Bonnie isn't enjoying one of those beautiful sunrises or sunsets, she can be found paddle boarding on the Lake; spending time at the beach with her two grandsons, Brenner and Layton; scuba diving in Mexico; or being the bus driver and coach for her granddaughter Abigail at one of her MANY swim meets. Bonnie is the original Property Manager for PMP and was our company's first employee! When asked why she loves working for PMP, she goes on and on about what a difference it makes to work in such a positive atmosphere that centers around respect and employee support. She also really enjoys working with each and every one of her Associations and getting to meet so many different people on a daily basis.
Connor is a long-time Springfield, MO native who graduated from Drury University in 2014 with a degree in both accounting and finance and in 2022, his MBA. Straight out of college, he worked for a local mid-sized public accounting firm. Through this experience, he gained much experience with complete financial statement auditing for for-profit and not-for-profit companies.

Jeff Phillips is currently a General Manager at Paul Mueller Company. He has been with the company for four years. Previously, he was a Business Unit Manager at Tuthill Corporation, and a Production Supervisor at EFCO Corporation in Monett. In these positions he become extremely familiar with business financials, operations, and sales. He would define himself as a servant leader who values relationships with his team and customers. He is a believer in those relationships being founded on trust and doing what you say you are going to do. Jeff has been married to his wife, Tia, for 10 years and together they share 3 children who are age 8, 5, and 8 months.
