Mr. Rosenthal is an associate at Petro Cohen, P.C., focusing on workers' compensation litigation. Mr. Rosenthal has more than 10 years of workers' compensation experience, and has appeared before the Division of Compensation throughout New Jersey. In 2007, Mr. Rosenthal graduated with honors from Rutgers College (now Rutgers University) in New Brunswick, NJ, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, double-majoring in Journalism and Media Studies, as well as Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2010 from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ. Mr. Rosenthal was selected as Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University from 2008-09. While in law school, Mr. Rosenthal participated in the Hunter Moot Court competition, and was a judicial intern for the Hon. Mary Eva Colalillo, P.J., Chancery, in the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden, NJ. Before joining the law firm of Petro Cohen, P.C., Mr. Rosenthal worked for a mid-sized law firm and then a large national law firm, where his workers' compensation practice focused on representing employers and insurance companies. Mr. Rosenthal uses his knowledge of how employers and insurance companies operate and defend workers' compensation claims to the benefit of his clients. He enjoys helping hardworking people and making a difference in their lives. Michael Veneziani

Mr. Veneziani is an associate at Petro Cohen, P.C., with more than 10 years of legal experience. Before joining Petro Cohen, Mr. Veneziani worked for a mid-sized firm in Philadelphia, PA, where he began his practice handling all areas of civil litigation, including domestic relations, consumer, bankruptcy, estate, and personal injury matters. He previously sat as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Courts Compulsory Arbitration Program and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For the past several years, Mr. Veneziani has focused his legal practice exclusively on personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, dog bites, and premises liability. Ms. Holz Meola is a partner with the firm and heads the Social Security Disability Department at Petro Cohen, P.C., with more than 30 years of legal experience. Ms. Holz Meola graduated cum laude from Mount St. Mary's College (Emmitsburg, MD) in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political science and minoring in business. Susan Petro

In addition to having private firm experience, Ms. Hiles held a position in government for numerous years. In 2001, Ms. Hiles accepted a position in the Law Department of the Atlantic County Government as Assistant County Counsel, where her primary focus was the handling of workers' compensation claims. Ms. Hiles remained with Atlantic County Government for over 11 years and, thereafter, accepted a position as an associate with Petro Cohen. In January 0f 2022, she became a partner. Ms. Hiles is also active in various industry organizations. Outside of work and in her spare time, Ms. Hiles is an avid outdoorsperson and fitness enthusiast. She is a fitness instructor at a local area gym, where she has instructed spinning classes on the weekend for over 13 years. She also enjoys going to the beach and traveling with her family.
