Demi Porter is the Director of Client Services. She brings over 35 years of industry health plan administration, focusing on self-funded ERISA plans for the past 25 years. Eric Buck has served as President & CEO of Preferred Health Care since 2004. In his role as President, Eric provides both operational and strategic leadership to PHC, drawing upon his more than 30 years of insurance and managed care industry experience. Eric has spent his entire career in the medical insurance business, holding a variety of leadership positions on both the insurance company and employer side of the medical benefits equations. Previously he was the CEO for a large purchasing group for employee benefits reaching across all of Pennsylvania, Vice President of Managed Care for a regional insurance company and founder of a regional managed care company operating in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
