P. H. Enterprises, Inc. is a woman-owned business established in 1984 by Pat Heilscher. Pat started PHE as a way to promote girls and women in sports. In 2005 she retired and sold the company to Brenda J. Rozar... We serve a variety of apparel needs ranging from schools and special events to businesses and sports teams. PHE offers a large selection of apparel and custom art (logos, etc) which can be placed on almost all of our products... We focus on providing the right products to everyone including corporations, schools, and organizations.
