Aaron Sherrell is an Associate Attorney in the Personal Injury Department at Phillips Law Group. Aaron attended ASU for his undergraduate studies and obtained a degree in communication. After college, Mr. Sherrell spent a couple of years working in IT for a group of Veterinary Hospitals. He attended Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at ASU where he earned his law degree. While in law school, he clerked at two Personal Injury Law Firms, one of which specialized in Medical Malpractice. Mr. Sherrell additionally allocated two semesters with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office. He graduated from ASU Law in May of 2020. Mr. Sherrell joined the Phillips Law Group shortly after earning his license.
Mr. Sherrell is an Arizona Native who grew up in Glendale, Arizona. Aaron is passionate about helping those in need that have been affected by tragedies.
When Mr. Sherrell is not working, he enjoys outdoor activities with his beautiful wife and their Yorkie Maya. He loves spending time with his family and friends in Flagstaff.
Alberte Trey Dayes III is a trial attorney who has been practicing law since 1996.
He is a managing partner at Dayes Law Firm, and he is currently on counsel for Phillips Law Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dayes has represented several large corporations and municipalities in Arizona and Utah. For one client, he was successful in obtaining a $3.8 million settlement.
Mr. Dayes received his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University's J. Rueben Clark Law School in 1996, where he was chosen to serve as the Note and Comment Editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law. He also authored "Drafting a Limited Liability Clause that will Pass the Scrutiny of Utah Courts."
Additionally, his educational credits include the AAJ Advanced Medical Trial Skills College in Phoenix, Arizona.
After gaining his vast experience, Mr. Dayes is now litigating claims for employees who were not paid overtime or who were discriminated against, as well as claims against medical professionals for wrongful death and catastrophic injury.

Dennis Evans is a Social Security Disability lawyer at the law offices of Dayes Law Firm PC, on counsel for Phillips Law Group. Mr. Evans joined Dayes Law Firm after having served in one of the largest disability law firms in the United States.

Monica Malhotra grew up in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and Paradise Valley, Arizona. With an early interest in legal matters, Monica has had jobs at law firms since she was in high school and even earned an internship in high school at the Superior Court.
Monica completed her undergraduate work in Tucson, Arizona at the University of Arizona and graduated with a B.A. in English Literature and as a Pre-Law minor. She then went on to attend law school in Boston, Massachusetts.
One of her favorite career experiences since law school was working at the Attorney General's Office in the Child and Family Protection Division. Monica was employed there for a little over two years, representing DCS in child abuse and neglect cases and gaining a wealth of bench trial experience.

Montana Thompson is an attorney in the Personal Injury Department at Phillips Law Group. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University where he studied Economics and Math. Montana studied law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Montana spent a semester in Washington, D.C as a Legal Fellow for Senator Jon Kyl in the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. Montana was also a member of the Arizona State Law Journal.
Montana dedicates his practice to representing real people with real injuries. He also represents families for the wrongful death of a loved one. Montana currently handles several types of cases, including: trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, car crashes, bus crashes, pedestrian accidents, slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, premises negligence, product defects, tire manufacture defects, design defects and others. Montana represents victims with a wide variety of injuries, such as: whiplash, back injuries, broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, severe burns, and other minor and severe injuries. Montana is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys serving the Hispanic community.
When he's not working, Montana is with his beautiful wife and their five children. They enjoy being outside and doing "whatever" as long as they are together. They enjoy doing projects around the house, volunteering at their church and making new friends.
Randy Dayes is an Associate with Phillips Law Group who first started working in the law field at age 16. He moved to Arizona at age 8 and is a big fan of the heat in the Grand Canyon state, but left to attend Brigham Young University for undergrad, obtaining a degree in Applied Statistics with a minor in Business Management and a Spanish Fluency Certificate. He speaks fluent Spanish.
Randy earned his law degree from the University of Oregon and graduated in the top third of his class. During that time, he clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals in the Appellate Commissioners Office, where he got a lot of motion practice.
Randy previously worked for Phillips and Associates as a Summer Associate for the firm. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
In his free time, Randy is an avid soccer player and a fan of FC Barcelona. He started playing when he was three and continued to play through college. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Robert Arentz is the founding member of Arentz Law Group, P.L.L.C. The firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Arentz graduated with honors in 1973 from Michigan State University and attended Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating in 1978. Mr. Arentz is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, various Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Arentz has focused his practice over the past 25 years on criminal and DUI defense. He has served as a criminal defense attorney here in Arizona on many high profile and complex criminal cases, including death penalty litigation, numerous felony trials and appeals. Ruthann James was born and raised in New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree in Literature and Communications from Pace University, Pleasantville, NY. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Pace University School of Law, White Plains, NY.
Ruthann moved to the Phoenix area in 1993 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona the same year. In 1994 she joined the law firm of Goldberg & Osborne where she practiced plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death and negligence law. Ruthann remained with Goldberg & Osborne as Managing Attorney until 2006. Ruthann eventually opened her own practice and where she continued to represent plaintiffs in actions involving personal injury, wrongful death and general civil litigation.
On June 1, 2009 Ruthann joined the firm of Phillips Law Group where she continues to pursue justice for victims hurt as a result of another's negligence.
Ruthann is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court in Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona State Bar, Maricopa County Bar Association and Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and has been accepted as a 2016 American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys 10 Best Female Attorney for client satisfaction.

Sean Davis is an attorney in the personal injury division at Phillips Law Group, P.C. Sean and his family have lived in Arizona for over 20 years. He graduated in 2010 from Arizona State University with a degree in Justice Studies.
In 2013, Sean graduated from the Phoenix School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. After passing the bar exam, Sean went to work with the Phillips Dayes National Employment Law Firm, working on overtime, discrimination, and class action lawsuits.
Before transitioning into personal injury law, Sean had been practicing Social Security Disability law with the Dayes Law Firm, handling hundreds of disability hearings with Administrative Law Judges.
Sean's sole focus at Phillips Law Group is to seek justice for those who have been aggrieved by the negligence of others. He is licensed in Arizona. With prior experience in social security disability law, Sean can pay special attention to details in medical records that can help clients better their chances at a successful resolution of their claims.

Originally from upstate New York, Mr. Jones received his bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo.
After attaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Jones attended law School at Widener University School of Law, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors.
Following law school, Mr. Jones received his license to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He accepted a position with a well-known defense firm in Buffalo; the same firm where he spent his summers working as an intern during law school.
Mr. Jones joined the Phillips Law Group shortly after relocating to Phoenix. His primary area of practice is personal injury, and he actively represents plaintiffs in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and general civil litigation.

Tim LeDuc is an Associate Attorney in the Personal Injury Department at Phillips Law Group. Tim was born and raised here in Arizona where he attended Arizona State University and majored in English Literature. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree Tim moved to Malibu, California and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University. While in law school Tim interned at a Personal Injury Firm, a Corporate Litigation Firm, and spent a semester volunteering at a Legal Aid Clinic that specializes in helping those experiencing homelessness in the LA Area with their legal needs. After law school Tim moved back home to his native Arizona and immediately went to work at a Personal Injury Firm here in Phoenix. Tim joined Phillips Law Group shortly after becoming licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
Tim is passionate about helping those who have been injured by other's negligence and ensuring they are treating fairly by large corporations who normally seek to take advantage of them.
