Andrea Johnson provides sedation to our surgical patients to ensure the best possible surgical experience.
Brianne McCann is a very professional and outgoing individual. She meets with all prospective patients, providing them with a detailed quote following their consultation with Dr. Petroff. Brianne works directly with our patients to coordinate and schedule all aspects of their surgery. She loves being able to get to know patients on a personal level and see them from their first consultation through to their recovery period. We are sure that all of our patients will enjoy collaborating with Brianne for all of their surgical treatments.
Brianne McCann works with every surgery patient to ensure that their treatments are scheduled efficiently & everyone receives an excellent experience.
Cade Sarganis is our patient coordinator who works with our patients to ensure a smooth experience from the moment you walk through our door.
Carly Swanson serves as our medical assistant and supports our patients before and after surgery. She helps to ensure a pleasant experience during each visit while also providing patients with any information that they may need. Carly's bright personality, friendly demeanor and desire to learn makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Christy Fobi is a Registered Nurse who works directly with Dr. Petroff, providing professional care in all aspects of the practice.

Deanna Finley is a Registered Nurse who coordinates all aspects of the patient's surgical care including pre & postoperatively. She works closely with Dr. Petroff and the rest of our team to ensure patients feel comfortable and well informed. She comes to us with a strong background in critical care nursing. Deanna is very attentive to the surgical team providing a positive experience to all of our patient's.
Deanna Finley is our ASC Registered Nurse manager who oversees the flow of our surgery center while insuring patient and employee safety.

Previously on staff at multiple hospitals in New York City including Lennox Hill, Dr. Brian Scott is thrilled to bring his expertise back to the Portland metropolitan area as part of the Petroff Center team. As a board-certified surgeon, he strives for natural-looking results that help patients look as young as they feel. He believes in crafting a custom treatment plan that fits each patient's desires and delivers a result that enhances their natural beauty, rather than creating a totally different face.
Dr. Brian Scott completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. After scoring in the 98th percentile on the MCAT (medical college admittance test) he was offered a scholarship to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, one of the top twenty medical schools in the country. He graduated medical school with honors and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
He went on to complete five years of residency training in head and neck surgery at Oregon Health & Science University. As a resident, he received numerous accolades including winning the top resident research award in the state of Oregon and he received the highest score in the country on the facial plastic surgery section of the national board preparatory exam. Following residency, Dr. Scott completed a highly coveted facial plastic surgery fellowship in New York City, training under renowned rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Steven Pearlman and prominent cosmetic facial surgeon Dr. Neil Gordon.
Achievements
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Scott is actively involved in advancing the field of facial plastic surgery. He has authored 25 publications in medical journals and he lectures at plastic surgery conferences around the country.
When he is not with patients, you may find Dr. Scott rock climbing or hiking in the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Mark A. Petroff is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has dedicated his career to enhancing his patients' appearance and lives.
Dr. Mark A. Petroff is a facial plastic surgeon in Lake Oswego, OR with a 31-year career in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. As founder and medical director of the Petroff Center Plastic Surgery and Medi-Spa, Dr. Petroff is double board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and performs procedures for the Portland and Vancouver communities. Patients seek his talents from across the nation and internationally.
Dr. Petroff is also an accomplished potter with a keen interest in design and architecture, and he combines the eye of an artist with the skill of a highly trained physician. This particular aesthetic sensibility allows him to expertly evaluate the anatomy of the face and determine the best procedures to give his patients the natural, rejuvenated look they hope for. His goal is always to keep his results so seamless that his work is virtually undetectable.
Dr. Mark A. Petroff is recognized by his patients for his subtle, artistic touch that he has offered to the Portland, OR community for over 30 years. His years of experience have led him to teaching and mentoring residents in the role of Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at OHSU. Heidi joined the Petroff Center in September of 2011, contributing her professionalism and creativity to our Lake Oswego medical team. Heidi has ambitiously taken on her role as our Clinic Administrator, managing all aspects of the Petroff Center practice and overseeing day to day operations and employee management. Heidi is also very active with patient care and has vast knowledge of all areas of the practice having served as our medical assistant for 8 year before earning the title of administrator. She is a versatile employee and a strong asset to the Petroff Center. Heidi loves her job because it provides her the opportunity to interact with customers and watch people's lives change for the better. Heidi as built strong relationships with our patients and genuinely enjoys helping our patients feel warm and welcome.
Heidi Strickland is our Clinic Administrator who manages all aspects of the Petroff Center practice and day to day operations and employee management.

Jackie MacDonald is our certified surgical technologist who directly assists and works alongside Dr. Petroff during each surgery to ensure accuracy.
Jackie MacDonald is a very thorough, meticulous, and efficient employee. She is employed as our certified surgical technologist and provides direct support in all aspects of surgical care. Dr. Petroff trusts her completely to assist him in the most advanced cases. Jackie has over 10 years of experience in multiple surgical specialties, including general surgery, plastics, gynecology, and orthopedics. We value Jackie's dedication to our team at the Petroff Center, and our patients receive only the most exceptional care under her skilled hands.
Karen Petroff has extensive knowledge and background in sales and marketing; she is responsible for all aspects of advertising for the practice.
Karen Petroff helped her husband, Dr. Mark A. Petroff, start his practice in 1989 and she joined the team as marketing coordinator in 2003. Karen has extensive knowledge and experience in the marketing field, using her expertise to further the practice's reach and better serve the Portland, OR community. We rely on her solely to launch our marketing and advertising campaigns and handle our media affairs in a professional, efficient way. Karen loves being able to build relationships with patients and broaden the practice alongside her husband. When she is not using her marketing skills, she enjoys running, skiing, spending time with her family, and working out with friends.
Karli Annett rejoined our practice in the spring of 2021 after taking a 2 year hiatus to stay home with her young children. Karli graduated from the Aveda Institute of Portland and specializes in laser and skincare treatments. Her warm and friendly personality makes each patient she sees feel warm and welcome and she has the ability to share her vast knowledge with ease. She is a tremendous asset to the Petroff Center and we are honored to her as a part of our team.

Melissa Plusquellec is a highly qualified and successful esthetic professional, offering a vast knowledge of skincare and a profound passion for her work. She graduated from the International Beauty School of Portland, Oregon. Melissa originally worked for the Petroff Center for 9 years providing facial and laser services. In 2016, she decided to try a new career path but soon realized that her heart and passion truly lie in the skin care industry. She is an asset to our team at Petroff Center and we are honored to have her work alongside the rest of our medical staff. Melissa radiates positive energy as she thoroughly assesses and creates treatment plans for all of her patients.
