Berkley (Boalt Hall) and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger in Century City (admitted, Central District Court - California), before joining Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro where he helped grow the entertainment transaction department.
