Sinclair Stevenson has been coaching and assessing both Senior Executives and Managers all over the world for well over Fifteen years.
He has designed and delivered Assessment Centres in USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East using his in-depth knowledge to seek out people's potential and identify what they need to develop.
Sinclair is an expert in personality questionnaires, being fully licensed in PAPI, OPQ, 16PF and Assessor plus he has considerable experience in 360 Feedback, Interviewing and Organisational Change.

As a business psychologist, Sinclair has been involved in assessing people at the very highest areas of business and was responsible for building a competency framework for the highest level of directors and chairmen from major organisations in the City of London. His work also takes him on assessment projects in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, management development throughout Europe, including Romania, and coaching projects in the UK.
Sinclair has been the CEO of Premier Global International since 2008 and is also a board member for the Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation.
A man who likes both cultural and sporting activities, Sinclair is a keen skier and golfer. His musical background means that he also enjoys opera and also likes to play the violin to relax.
