Due to market circumstanced the Budelpack Holding group became into a difficult situation around end of 2008. This has resulted into an Administration early 2009 of the main shareholders of Budelpack Equipment & Engineering which was the technical support company of the Budelpack group. As a result it became impossible for Budelpack E&E to continue its activities although this company in itself was very successful. Budelpack E&E was rapidly developing its services and grew fast during the last years as being a reliable and well qualified partner for re-installation projects. Phi-Equipment B.V. is continuing these services in it's own way. Services have been evoluted towards total manufacturing support in high end manufacturing markets.
