Port City Instruments, LLC (PCI) has been involved in the design of laser-based gas sensing systems for industrial and research applications since 2010. Prior to formation of PCI, Dr. Randy May began work in this field in 1985 as a research scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (1985 - 1999), and as a cofounder and CTO / VP Product Development of SpecrtaSensors, Inc.(1999 - 2006).
