Claes Strom joined Pharmacosmos on 1 May 2010, initially as head of Pharmacosmos CRO, and later as Vice President, Marketing and Medical Affairs and on the 5 th ofMarch 2018 Vice President, Affiliates & Medical Affairs. On the 20 th of January 2022 he was appointed Vice President, CCO.
After graduating from Medical School, Claes worked for a number of years in Cardiology primarily at the Danish National Hospital where he also did his PhD. He went on to join the Pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline working in different management roles in medical affairs and marketing. He then joined aCROnordic, one of the leading full service clinical CROs in the Nordic that was later acquired by Ecron Acunova, where he served as Director, Clinical Operations, Partner and finally COO before joining Pharmacosmos. In addition to his Medical Degree and PhD from University of Copenhagen he has a finance degree (HD) from Copenhagen Business School.
Aside from work, Claes enjoys traveling and doing sports, especially running.

Ditte Lindboe joined Pharmacosmos on 1 st of March 2023, initially as Senior Director HR, and on 1 st of October 2023 as Vice President, HR.
Before joining Pharmacosmos Ditte worked as Senior Director, HR in a larger global pharmaceutical company. In her career, she has worked with in different areas of HR with a strong emphasis on the digital area. Ditte holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Aside from work Ditte enjoys traveling, sports - especially Padel tennis and spending time with family and friends, ideally in the combination.

Dr. Martin Holst Lange is Executive Vice President, Development, and member of the Executive Management at Novo Nordisk A/S. He joined Novo Nordisk in 2002 where he held various positions within the medical and clinical development functions in Denmark and in the US. @In January 2018, he was appointed Senior Vice President for Global Development, assuming the overall clinical development responsibilities of the Novo Nordisk pipeline. In March 2021, Dr Lange was appointed Executive Vice President for Development.

Henrik Parker joined Pharmacosmos on 13 November 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Henrik's responsibilities include finance, tax, treasury, payroll, ESG reporting and IT.
Prior to joining Pharmacosmos Henrik held the position of Corporate Vice President and served as the head of Corporate Accounting at Novo Nordisk. Henrik holds a master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, program for Executive Development from IMD Business School and is a certified State Authorized Public Accountant since 2009.
Aside from work, Henrik enjoys travelling and doing sports, especially running.

Ingeborg Lohmann Laursen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 January 2018 as Head of Quality and as of 1 July 2019, Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
Before joining Pharmacosmos, Ingeborg gained multi-international experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in China, Switzerland and Germany giving her hands on understanding of quality and regulatory requirement to the pharmaceutical industry from a global perspective.
Ingeborg's responsibilities include assurance of compliance to quality and regulatory affairs in all aspects of Pharmacosmos engagements.

Jacob Tolstrup began his career with Abbott Laboratories in 1997. In 1999, he joined Lundbeck and has since been working in several positions including Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Communication and has worked in Lundbeck's affiliate in the US for approximately four years.
Before taking on the role as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations, Jacob was head of Corporate Functions which comprised of Corporate Business Development, Corporate Human Resources, Investor Relations and Corporate Communication & Public Affairs.
Jacob holds a Master of Science in Business Administration & Commercial Law from Aalborg University, Denmark and an MBA from European Business College, Munich, Germany.

Lars Christensen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 January 1977 and was appointed CEO in 1994.
After graduating in medicine, Lars went directly into the pharmaceutical industry. He spent 6 years with Lundbeck in their medical affairs department, followed by 2 years as International Medical Director with the Italian company in Milan, SPA Società Prodotti Antibiotici S.p.A.
Lars has worked in almost all business areas in Pharmacosmos, and has hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality and regulatory affairs as well as sales and marketing.
In 2022 Lars Christensen resigned as CEO. Lars continues in the company in a new role as Senior Advisor and as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Lars Lykke Thomsen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 March 2009 as Chief Medical Officer.
Lars has gained extensive clinical experience through his employment in the Danish Healthcare system from 1992 to 2000. Following this he joined the pharmaceutical industry, first with H. Lundbeck A/S and since 2009 with Pharmacosmos.
His focus areas in Pharmacosmos are clinical and non-clinical research. Lars has additional experience in medical affairs, business development, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs at international level.
Lars was appointed Adjunct Professor at Aalborg University in 2016.

Lars Wagner Søgaard joined Pharmacosmos on 1 May 2011 as Vice President, Supply Chain and Administration.
Lars holds extensive experience within supply chain management from large companies such as Maersk, PostNord and SteelSeries. His previous roles have varied from supply chain design, corporate business development to VP, Supply Chain.
He is passionate about hands-on SC leadership and focuses on customer centric supply chain. He is responsive and dynamic, and values integrity in work and life.
With 4 kids at home, the work-life balance is important, just as he reaps the fruits of his professional life to structure the ‘home front supply chain and planning'.

Lise Larsen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 May 2009 as Production Manager, and as of 1 January 2017 as Vice President of Production.
Lise's responsibilities include all of the production area including development and pilot production of new products.
She also has the overall responsibility for environmental, health and safety matters.
Before joining Pharmacosmos, Lise worked 10 years within the pharmaceutical industry.

Melanie joined Pharmacosmos in 2019 as Managing Director Germany. With more than 20 years' experience in various positions in the pharmaceutical industry - mainly in Marketing and Sales functions- she developed the German affiliate from a startup to a well-established mid-size pharmaceutical company.
Melanie is passionate about breaking new grounds, developing ideas, and creating a working environment where people know their contribution to the overall company success.

Milena Olsen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 September 2018 as General Counsel and as of 1. July 2019 as Vice President, General Counsel. Milena covers commercial legal affairs and legal compliance within the company.
Before joining Pharmacosmos Milena worked as Senior Group Legal Counsel in a larger global chemical company for 7 years and prior to that in private practice as attorney at law for more than 12 years. Milena holds a Master's degree in Law from University of Copenhagen, Erasmus programme from Katolieke University Leuven and is a certified attorney at law since 2003.
Aside from work Milena enjoys reading, writing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Tobias S. Christensen joined Pharmacosmos on 1 May 2014 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2021. He became President and CEO in July 2022.
Before joining Pharmacosmos, Tobias worked with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 2009 focusing on healthcare. Tobias has broad experience working in international and multi-cultural context having worked on 3 continents (US, Europe, SE Asia). Tobias is a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Aside from work he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and doing (rather than watching) sports.

In the period 1997-2017, Tommy was CEO of Augustinus Fonden and Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker Aktieselskab, and prior to that member of the executive board of Bikuben/BG Bank with responsibility for business clients and business abroad. He now acts as member of the board of a number of Danish and international companies among others as chairman of the Board of Directors of Maj Invest Holding A/S
