I am very proud to be following in my father, Ralph's, footsteps. I have been around the insurance industry since I was born and love being able to help protect people and their assets. I was born in Pittsburgh and have lived most of my life in Bethel Park where I currently reside. My wife, Chris, and I have three children and we are very involved with our school, John McMillan Presbyterian Church, the South Hills YMCA, and various community sports programs. I began my insurance career with Aetna and was trained as a personal lines underwriter. After a couple of years with Aetna, I joined Pierson and Scott as an agent in 1990 and I am now one of the agency partners. I look forward to being able to serve you and your business or family's insurance needs.

I am very happy to be working alongside my dad, Ray Pierson, who helped to shape Pierson and Scott into what it is today. I have been happily married to my best friend Carla since 1986 and we are the proud parents of 5 children. After graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College, I obtained a Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina. Most of my years have been spent in Bethel Park where I still reside today. I maintain licenses in Property/Casualty as well as Life/Accident/Health. In addition to my years of experience in the insurance business, I had the privilege of serving as a pastor here in the South Hills of Pittsburgh for 16 years, and continue working in ministries aimed at helping others like Locking Arms Men and the Washington County Correctional Facility. Whether in ministry or insurance, my goal is to treat others with the same kind of integrity and care with which I would like to be treated. I look forward to working with you.
