Adrian joined Pinewood in 1984 as an electronic service engineer where he initially worked on the life support equipment business. He headed up the Pinewood hospital division through ISO certification and then gained responsibility for all site IT needs in time for Y2000 general IT risk management. Adrian now delivers business strategy to agreed revenue and growth targets and is responsible for all IT infrastructure and several on premises hosted systems. Availability and reach are Adrian's main targets as he seeks to align technology vision with the strategic direction, development and future growth of Pinewood.
Ajay Sahni has thirty years' experience including the last twenty-three years in the Pharmaceutical industry. In addition to leading the Irish business of Pinewood Healthcare, Ajay manages the European headquarters of Wockhardt in Switzerland. With career experience spanning multi-cultural environments (USA, Europe and South East Asia), Ajay is adept at bridging language and cultures in alignment with the company ethos.
With over thirty years' experience in medical device and pharmaceutical industries in Ireland and the USA, Colum joined Pinewood in January 2019 and has overall responsibility for all operational activities including supply chain, production, engineering, EHS&S and customer services. He holds a B.Eng. degree in production engineering from the University of Limerick in Ireland, as well as a diploma in business studies and leadership programs at Harvard business school. Colum and his team are responsible for driving the Operational Excellence agenda at Pinewood.

Jeffrey joined Pinewood in 2000. Prior to his current position as head of sales (Ireland Retail Division), he held a number of roles including territory manager, key account manager, sales manager (G.P. team) and business development manager. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jeffrey holds bachelor and master degrees in business. His core competencies include business strategy, financial acumen, business development and sales Management. Jeffrey is a director of IMVO (Irish Medicines Verification Organisation) and MFI (Medicines for Ireland).

Véronique joined Wockhardt France in 2008 as financial controller before becoming finance director of Pinewood Healthcare in 2020. She has an MD in Finance and over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in global companies like JD Edwards (Oracle) and Astra Zeneca.
