The company was founded in 1989 by father and son team, Lloyd Powell and Peter Powell, each of whom has significant real estate development, property management, and commercial construction experience in previously-owned businesses. They were joined in 2011 by Lauren Powell, Peter's eldest child and Lloyd's granddaughter. Lauren oversees the Asset Management division and works closely with Peter on new developments...
