We have been working with the Australian Playground Standards from the earliest versions in 1981 (AS 1924 Parts 1 & 2) through to when softfall became a requirement in 1996 with the introduction of AS 4422. We have been conducting inspections since 1997 when AS 4486.1 was introduced, which is when inspections were first required.
