- Associate Vice President, Human Resources
Manga Pidaparti is the AVP of Human Resources at Photon with over 20 years of experience in progressively leading effective HR teams and developing human resource frameworks and strategies for organizations in the IT industry.
She brings a unique combination of detail-oriented thinking with an acute focus on the big picture. She is also an excellent mentor to her team. This is Manga's second stint at Photon and her responsibilities at Photon and elsewhere, have included, but are not limited to, talent acquisition, compliance, immigration, and training. She has implemented strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, people development, and employee relations at Photon and other organizations.
Prior to joining Photon, she worked with Infosys and Prodapt. She has been a leader in the HR space with over 12 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager, helming teams of 5-40 in an offshore/onsite model.

Anantha is responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions and services to key customer accounts that are executed across solution centers. Over the last 4+ years, he has successfully delivered programs for major F100 and G2000 accounts and built competencies in the SOA/Java, PHP/Drupal and Mobile platforms. Anantha is an IT professional with 18+ years of experience in Sales, Product Management, SAP Consultancy, eBusiness and software services. Anantha holds a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical and Electronics Engg).
Annah oversees the creative team consisting of UX and UI designers, UX researchers and video editors, as well as the overall creative delivery of client projects spanning North America, Central and South America, and Europe. Annah has a solid background in tech, starting her career in development, with an undergraduate IT degree majoring in Data Communications and Artificial Intelligence. She transitioned to design with two design centric masters degrees over her career with the most recent from the internationally renowned art school, Central Saint Martins. Her career has spanned across roles in Melbourne, London, and New York and she has worked on a wide breadth clients in a range of verticals including M&Ms (New York), L'Oréal (Paris), Walgreens Boots Alliance (London), Metlife (Mexico City), Olive Garden (Orlando), Petco (San Diego) and Neiman Marcus (Dallas).

Prior to joining Photon, Chris worked at a Silicon Valley boutique firm assisting entrepreneurs, founders and start-ups with numerous issues including formation, seed & venture financing and intellectual property strategies. Chris also worked as a litigator, representing clients in business litigation and intellectual property disputes in a variety of federal District and Circuit courts, domestic and international arbitration tribunals, and the trial and appellate courts of California. Chris earned a JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco cum laude and a BA from Yale University.

Devi Sampath is an AVP and Head of Human Resources at Photon. She is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, with the global leadership team. Her distinct strengths are her financial acumen, business modeling, and analytics-based decision-making.
Prior to joining Photon, she worked with AON (formerly Hewitt Associates), and was responsible for the overall roadmap of HR, people strategy, and talent management initiatives for the Benefits Operations SBU across India and also acted as site HR leader for Chennai operations. Devi's HR career spans Information Technology and ITES/BPO industries like Hewlett-Packard, HOV services where she has spearheaded many complex organizational design and cultural transformation projects.
Devi has over 16 years of experience in Human Resource and international consulting roles with a track record of working with senior leadership globally to improve business results through people and HR solutions. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development Psychology and a Bachelor's in Mathematics.

Dinesh, a well-rounded finance professional, is presently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer (SVP-Finance) at Photon Interactive Pvt. Ltd.. During his career of over 22 years, Dinesh has worked extensively in all areas finance, spanning Treasury, Corporate Law, Forex, Structured Derivatives, Financial Analysis & Planning, Procurement, M&A, Banking, Fund Raising, Booking Keeping and Project Finance. Prior to Photon, he had worked at Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited, a listed pharma company based out of India. He had served Shasun for close to 10 years, joining as an intern, and growing through the ranks as their Company Secretary and Dy. General Manager - Finance during the service.

Hariprasad is part of the Executive Leadership Team at Photon responsible for maintaining and developing strategic enterprise customer relationships. He takes the lead on delivering on our commitments to key relationships and in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of Photon's involvement in these accounts. Hariprasad has been instrumental in ensuring Photon's positioning with our major enterprise customers and has grown all our major enterprise accounts into multi-million dollar accounts. Prior to joining Photon, Hariprasad was Senior Product Manager at Servigistics, the leading provider of Service Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Servigistics, Hari was a Project Manager at i2 Technologies, the market leading provider of supply chain management solutions. Hariprasad has a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

As Executive Vice President - Engineering Jason manages a multi-national team in India, Europe, and the United States and is co-responsible for mentoring, leading, and recruiting the engineering team. Jason joined Photon with over a decade of experience working with Photon while at Walgreens and was instrumental in Photon's success there.
Before Photon, Jason was VP of Enterprise Architecture at Kohls. Prior to Kohls, Jason was the Sr. Director of Digital Architecture at Walgreens Boots Alliance and spent 15 years working at Walgreens in various leadership roles. Jason brings over 21 years of software engineering experiences at the forefront of the largest Digital transformations in retail history

From our Chicago office, Jim Kim is Executive Creative Director and leads design teams in Dallas, New York, Chicago, and Chennai. From UX/UI to social media marketing, to integrated campaigns, Jim brings 15+ years of digital marketing experience. He was previously VP - Group Creative Director at Digitas and Creative Director at Critical Mass.

Leif is responsible for the Pre-Sales and Solution Management teams at Photon. He takes leadership on solution ideation and development for prospects and existing customers, identifying opportunities to leverage Photon's expertise to deliver digital projects that accelerate time-to-value and ROI. Leif collaborates with the Strategic Account Management and the Solution Delivery teams to facilitate a smooth project transition from Pre-Sales to delivery. Prior to joining Photon, Leif spent 10 years directing Global Sales Consulting and Strategy-focused Commerce and Omni-Channel solutions as part of Oracle's Retail Global Business Unit and the Commerce Innovation Group as part of Art Technology Group.

Michael is responsible for developing and enhancing the brand and driving growth. Managing all aspects of the company communications and marketing initiatives. In addition, leading the business development organization and managing and growing relationships with key strategic vendor partners.
Michael has spent over 20 years in the marketing domain, leading CPG companies in launching and accelerating the growth of their global digital businesses. Prior to working at Photon, Michael served as the Head of eCommerce and CRM at L'Oreal USA, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of L'Oreal Americas.

As Executive Vice President - Engineering Muhamad manages a multi-national team in India, Indonesia, Europe, and the United States of over 4,500+ people and is responsible for mentoring, leading and recruiting the engineering team. He provides technical and innovation direction for building Mobile, Social Network Apps, SOA solutions, and Web 3.0 applications. He has designed and implemented scalable cost-effective solutions for all clients and is involved in all aspects of sales, from pre-sales to contract signing and delivery.
Momo joined Photon with more than 10 years of experience in architecting scalable high-performance systems. Prior to joining Photon, he was a Principal Engineer at Applied Predictive Technologies. Prior to Applied Predictive Technologies, Muhamad co-founded Infravio along with Mukund and Srinivas in 1999 and was a Principal Engineer at Infravio. Muhamad has a Master in CS from the University of Pennsylvania where he focused his research on Peer to Peer Distributed Database.
Mukund is the CTO at Photon. His strategic thought and technology leadership is the driving force for the innovation that Photon provides to its Fortune 100 customers. As a trusted technology advisor, he guides and advises CIOs on their evolving omni-channel and Digital strategy. He was previously VP - Product Development at webMethods, leading middleware technology firm. Prior to that he was co-founder and CTO at Infravio Inc, a Valley based company which was a pioneer in the Web Services and SOA Infrastructure space. Mukund has served as an active member and adviser to several standards organisations such as XML Schema, W3C Web Services architecture and Open Source web services. Mukund is an alumnus of Stanford University and is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Rajat Saxena - Chief Strategy Officer, EVP

Rajat is the Chief Strategy Officer at Photon. In his career spanning more than 25 years, Rajat has gained extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, primarily in Corporate and Investment Banking managing strategic corporate relationships and leading complex structured transactions. He has worked with premier banks / financial institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Group, GE Capital and Fitch Ratings. Rajat has also worked with one of the e-learning pioneers of India - egurucool.com, managing corporate finance and business planning. His last stint before joining Photon was with the Global Group Treasury team of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.
Rajat is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) and the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi (IIT-BHU Varanasi).
As CFO, Sanjiv has responsibility for devising and implementing our organic and inorganic growth strategies; business analysis and planning; corporate legal; treasury; partnerships and business development; marketing and investor relations. Sanjiv joined Photon in 2012 as the SVP - Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Photon, Sanjiv was the Senior Vice President- Investment Banking at Allegro Corporate Finance Advisors, a leading Bangalore based boutique investment banking firm with over 10 years of investment banking experience. Prior to Allegro he was with ICICI Limited, GE Capital and CRISIL. Sanjiv is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Sivaprasad Reddy is the Chief Operating Officer at Photon. As COO, Siva is responsible for global operations including project management office, delivery management operations, profitability, talent acquisition, talent engagement, HR, global infrastructure, facilities and administration. Siva is a seasoned hand with over two decades of expertise in the technology industry. He is an ex-Photonite and was the SVP of Operations at Photon between 2007 and 2012, prior to which he worked with Wipro as a Delivery Manager, primarily handling the F100 Accounts. Most recently, Siva has served as the EVP of Research and Analytics at Manthan Systems, a Big Data / Analytics company based in Bangalore.
Srinivas is the Chairman and CEO at Photon, and has had a history of building category-leading, highly profitable companies. Since he was appointed Photon's CEO in 2007, the company has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue - creating billions of dollars in market value. Srinivas began his career in 1997 as an equity and derivatives trader at JP Morgan and Credit Lyonnais Securities at Mumbai, India, running the largest Institutional trading desk in India when he was at Credit Lyonnais. The trading desk was ranked as the best in the country. Srinivas is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani.

Prior to joining Photon, Srini served in several business leadership roles at Wipro Limited for over two decades. He led the Digital Transformation Charter across Retail, Consumer Goods, Distribution, Travel, Transportation, Media, Technology & Gaming sectors helping clients reimagine their experiences and apply technology meaningfully to enable business agility and drive efficiencies at scale. His current areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence and Astrophysics. Srini holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

Victor is the Managing Director of our México branch. In his career spanning more than 30 years, Victor has gained extensive experience in the Retail, Manufacturing and Banking sectors. He has worked in Global companies like Best Buy, Fresh Express in USA and several large companies in México like Liverpool, Banca Promex and Bardahl. His last stint before joining Photon was as CIO & CSCO at Devlyn, Mexico's largest optical retailer with over 900 stores.
Victor has an uncanny ability to find the link between business needs and technology, using technology as a catalyst to help resolve and support those needs.
Victor is an alumnus of I.T.E.S.O., Jesuit University of Guadalajara, México. Where He got his Computer Systems Engineer degree.

Since joining Photon, he has played a key leadership role in driving sustainable growth, winning new customer logos and managing key client relationships that have helped Photon become an industry leader. Collaborating closely with Photon's founders, Vignesh sources the best ideas across Internet consulting, mobility, IT sales, IT services, operations, customer support, and relationship management. Vignesh holds a Bachelor's in Computer Applications and an MBA degree from the University of Madras in India.
