Mr. Schlossberg has served as CFO at Planet Associates since March 1999.
Previously he served as Vice President Finance & Administration, Secretary and a Director of Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. ("CGS") from April 1992 to February 1999. As Chief Financial Officer, CGS experienced rapid revenue growth from $5 million in 1992 to $125 million in 1998 with the implementation of controls to manage expansion. His responsibilities also included preparing CGS for initial public offering and acting as liaison with underwriters and SEC counsel. From June 1978 to April 1992, he was employed by BDO Seidman, LLP where he was a Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Schlossberg is a Certified Public Accountant (1985) in New York State. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting (1978) from Bernard Baruch College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

William Spencer formed the Spencer Organization, Inc. in 1970. Mr. Spencer, an Enrolled Actuary, led in the development of the first microcomputer based software solutions for actuaries and consultants. He served as a member of the board of directors of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and American Academy of Actuaries; was a member of the Actuarial Standards Board Committee and served as President of the American Society of Pension Actuaries in 1977.
