With nearly a decade in service & project coordination, help desk support, applications support, process improvement, and metrics development, Alan manages the PICS ITech Service Desk. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and is starting on his ITIL certifications this year. Alan enjoys going to the museum, gaming, concerts, Sci-Fi, working on the house, and can't wait to go back to Italy. He is an Android guy.

Bob has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience providing technology services and solutions. As the Virtual Chief Information Officer for PICS ITech, he serves as a business technology consultant to our managed services clients. This is accomplished through gaining an intimate knowledge of the clients' business and helping them infuse their strategy with technology. Bob has also been certified by the Digital Maturity Group as a Digital Advisor. Some of his specialties include executive leadership, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture
Bob has served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Folksong Society, and in his free time when he's not playing guitar, he and his wife Jessica enjoy camping and music festivals.

Brian Atchison joined the PICS ITech Team in 2009, bringing with him a great passion for working with small, medium, and enterprise clients, in a wide range of industries, across the world to navigate through today's technology landscape to improve their business. He plays an integral part of PICS ITech's vision for Digital Transformation amongst our clients.
A key member of the IT Leadership Team, Brian combines his experiences in Business Process Automation with todays' technology (virtualization, cloud, applications, hardware, etc…) advancements to improve our customers' businesses. The IT responsibilities in today's company are not just infrastructure, it's process automation, key business continuity, and aligning business objectives. We use this to satisfy clients and generate more revenue with the use of technology and give a competitive advantage.
He is a proud recipient of South Jersey Biz Top 20 under 40. The list and research honor 20 South Jersey professionals that are under 40 years of age and are well on their way to success. In his free time, Brian enjoys active pursuits, including golfing, boating, and coaching youth sports teams in his local area.

Richard J. Rosenthal is a co-founder of PICS with over 20 years of ERP & Business System implementation experience. During his extensive career, Rich has successfully managed dozens of ERP implementation projects for multiple verticals and company sizes. Rich currently leads the PICS Enterprise Software Division which includes ERP System implementations as well as supporting a global customer base for PICS's Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/Business Process Management (BPM) solution, DocLib. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a minor in Economics and is QAD Certified in Manufacturing, Distribution & Financials. Rich is a former Manager of ERP Software provider QAD's Application Support Department. He is an IPhone guy.
Sharon is a CPA licensed in New Jersey with more than 25 years of varied financial and business experience in the professional services, consulting, technology and banking environments. She is committed to the effective and efficient daily performance and results of finance, accounting, human resources and office administration, all while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal tax laws, GAAP and bank covenants. She maintains membership in the NJSCPA and AICPA, both professional accounting associations. In her free time, Sharon enjoys taking care of her daughter's horse and grooming at horse shows. She also is an avid NY Giants fan.

Stan brings us more than 20 years of IT experience with the past 10 excelling within the world of fast paced MSPs. A Customer Support expert, Stan has a superb feel for what people need and keeps the solution simple. Digitization, cloud conversions and hybrids with an underlying commitment to security is his focus today. Beginning his career as a Technical Trainer, he found a knack with explaining complex systems in terms everyone can understand. "No technobabble spoken here" is his motto! When he's not improving our customer's technical experience, you'll find him reading/watching horror stories, jamming out to his analog stereo and turntable, shooting drone photography or most recently golfing with his two sons. Stan is a converted iPhone guy.

The co-founder and CEO of PICS ITech, Terry is highly qualified with over 30 years of IT and business experience. He has held certifications from Microsoft, CISCO, HP, VMware and others. Before co-founding PICS Terry was Manager of Technical Support for a large ERP provider. This valuable experience gives him the expertise he needs to oversee service delivery to our customers, provide VCIO and technical consulting services and drive the business forward. Terry is a key part of helping us to continually deliver unbeatable service.
Because cyber-security is such a large problem for businesses Terry is a proud member of Infragard. InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.
Terry's hobbies include spending time on the water, boating with his family and keeping abreast of the latest trends in technology. He is currently into streaming audio and video production, drones, and struggling with the decision to learn how to fly. He is an IPhone guy.
