Dynamic Fitness, Inc. is Sarasota's Original Pilates Studio. We have been teaching the classical method of Pilates continuously since 1994. The central aim of Pilates is to create a fusion of mind and body so that movement is efficient, balanced and graceful. Our studio is fully equipped with the traditional Pilates apparatus and we are the only studio in Sarasota that can have multiple clients and workouts simultaneously. Our instructors are NYC trained and have completed 600 hours of education and formal testing in order to achieve certification as Pilates instructors... Dynamic Fitness is Sarasota's premier Pilates studio. We offer private, semi-private, and group reformer Pilates sessions.
