Plainsman Switching Company (PSC) is a short-line railroad located in Lubbock, Texas, interchanging with the BNSF Railroad and the Union Pacific Railroad in downtown Lubbock. PSC is a subsidiary of PYCO Industries and operates 18 miles of railroad within the city of Lubbock east of I-27, with rail access to property along South East Loop 289 between 19th and 50th Streets, the South Loop 289 from Southeast Drive to Hwy 84, as well as track located in the Warehouse District...
