We are property tax consultants for central and south Texas. Located in San Antonio we provide a full range of property tax services for commercial and residential real estate, as well as providing services for your personal property state requirements... We work for you. On Commercial Properties we have a small administrative fee that is based on your market value, plus a contingency fee. The contingency fee is based on the reduction in the property's market value. On Residential and Personal Property we have a very minimal administrative fee and/or a percentage fee based on the market value reduction. We will also review your property exemptions and/or special evaluations that may be applicable and file the necessary forms to protect your rights as a taxpayer. If requested, we also file any and all exemptions, Agricultural / Special Valuations, and any other forms that are required filing by the Appraisal Districts.
