P.I.P.E - Key Persons
Brian Baker is a native Phoenician and third generation plumber. He was the owner of Cholla Plumbing for over 15 years. He came on board with P.I.P.E in January 2022.
Carl Triphahn has been the Executive Director for Piping Industry, Progress & Education Trust Fund (P.I.P.E.) for over 25 years. He has also been the Executive Director of Southwest Safety Training Alliance for over 5 years.
Triphahn held an OSHA 500 certification for approximately 12 years, has been a member of Local Union 469 for over 40 years, and was a licensed Plumbing and HVAC Contractor for Arizona over 20 years.
