A. Gregory Phinney is Managing Director of Princeton Human Capital. Greg is an experienced senior-level executive recruiting professional who, over the past 20 plus years, has developed a high level of expertise in helping clients with their hiring decisions and leading search projects to recruit the best available talent to fill these positions. He has successfully worked with clients across numerous industries, including life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices), financial services (full service banking, mortgage lending), telecommunications, cable and entertainment, public utilities, food services, manufacturing, consulting, and non-profit. Specific areas of functional expertise include finance and accounting, information management and technology, sales and marketing, research and development, and general management. Clients Greg has personally worked with include Johnson & Johnson, Fisher Scientific, ARAMARK, Comcast, Dun & Bradstreet, AOL/Time Warner, UBS/PaineWebber, Quintiles, and many others. Prior to entering the executive search field, Greg directed his own consulting business providing marketing support services to a variety of clients in the Philadelphia-South Jersey area. During his career, he held senior-level marketing and operations positions with multi-billion dollar financial services organizations, including Household International Corporation and Manufacturers Hanover Corporation. As Vice President and Director of Marketing for their $3.5 billion consumer services subsidiary, he was responsible for the entire marketing function throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Greg has an MBA from LaSalle University (Marketing) and resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania with his wife Margaret Mary and their two children.

David A. Berlin - Managing Director

David A. Berlin is Managing Director of Princeton Human Capital. Currently he leads a team of professionals and is heavily involved in the firm's sales and marketing efforts. David has led numerous finance and accounting engagements, specializing in senior-level financial positions (CFO, Controller, Treasurer, Internal Audit, Chief Accounting Office, Financial Reporting) for many major corporations. Clients David has personally worked with includes; McMaster-Carr, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fisher Scientific, Comcast Corporation, Aramark, Johnson & Johnson, Andrx Pharmaceutical, Euler Credit Indemnity and Competitive Technologies. David also serves as Director of Recruitment Operations with duties including research and candidate development. His expertise in relationship building with both clients and candidates has enabled him to lead Princeton Human Capital's growth in the Northeast to mid-Atlantic corridor. After graduating from Penn State University, David began his career with Aramark where he served in a variety of senior-level operational positions. After serving a nine year career, he was recruited into Merck and Company. As Director of Corporate Services, David managed the operating infrastructure of five major sites with functional responsibility for Corporate Aviation, Travel, Food Services and other auxiliary areas. David resides in Yardley with his wife, Kathy and two sons Matthew and Michael. He is very active in the community, serving numerous leadership roles in athletic and civic organizations.
