PRAY CONSTRUCTION - Key Persons
He joined Pray in 2009 and worked his way through the field and office positions to become a project manager in 2012. His natural interpersonal skills help him thrive in this position, making the sometimes-difficult work, of taking a team from inception to a completed project, seem easy. Brandon has worked on a wide variety of projects, including several large bank projects. Brandon is involved in youth sports in his area and serves on boards of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Ronald McDonald House.

The PAs make sure the projects run smoothly administratively. They coordinate contract administration and billing for our customers, vendors and subcontractor, and manage much of the communication among the various parties involved in a job. Our PAs grow close relationships with owners throughout their projects.
Ken came to Pray in 1989 after graduating from West Virginia State. The construction industry allowed hm to put his highly developed analytical skills to work. He is very detail oriented and flourishes working through complicated projects. His serious commitment to planning, and background in architectural drafting, enables him to efficiently orchestrate large, complex projects. Since 1994, Ken has been the Senior Project Manager. His attention to detail is appreciated by his customers and his project team. Ken specializes in multi-story buildings and construction within healthcare facilities.
Mark cut his teeth at Pray as a field superintendent in 1987. He has worked his way through the organization. In 2005, Mark became President. Mark understands that our success is based firmly on the satisfaction of our customers and keeps that his focus in all his work. Mark is the former chair of the YMCA Board of Directors and current board member of HospiceCare and is a member of the Childhood Language Center.
Pam is a very detail-oriented project manager and customers love her. She often arrives at a job site before 6:00 in the morning, setting the pace for her team. A seasoned project manager, her background ranges from high end residential work in Florida, where she owned a business, to Habitat for Humanity here in Charleston. Pam's well-balanced background and attention to detail help her succeed in the many intricate interior office buildouts she works on.
Patrick, who joined us in 2006 as an estimator, prepares cost estimates for the construction and renovation of commercial projects. Patrick's attention to detail guides him as he reviews the construction plans and the owner's program of requirements to build a project budget. Patrick works daily with vendors and subcontractors in order to form a complete estimate with all the necessary materials, equipment, and labor
Susan is one of the many reasons that Pray stands out in the marketplace. She earned her degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has over 30 years of commercial design experience. A Pray veteran of over 20 years, Susan is highly valued for her vast product knowledge, value engineering skills, purchasing power and the ability to add style and flair, on any budget, to a project. Tina is tremendous addition to Pray Construction, joining the company in 2016. She graduated from Concord University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, including dual concentrations in Accounting and Computer Science. Tina also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics in their Inaugural Executive MBA Class of 1997. Her fifteen years of experience in the construction and engineering fields has made Tina a true asset to the Pray family.
