Cassidy Irving

Cassidy grew up overseas in a culturally diverse city which taught her to appreciate the unique differences between people. There, she pursued her passion for travel and staying active. From a young age, Cassidy was involved with many athletic teams, including volleyball, basketball, and softball, which ultimately led to her curiosity in the human body and how it is affected by movement and exercise. Going back to her roots, Cassidy moved home to Canada and attended Western University where she completed her undergraduate degree with Honour's Specialization in Kinesiology and a minor in Rehabilitation Science. Following that she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen's University. Cassidy has had experience working with professional and university athletes, critically ill patients, weekend warriors, military personnel, amputees, and everything in between! Cassidy likes to take an active, collaborative approach to physiotherapy. She believes in making patients self-managers by empowering them with the tools they need to become active, invested participants in their rehabilitation. To do this, she uses education, manual therapy, and exercise-based techniques to treat the whole person. It's important to her to work together with her patients to create client-centred goals and expectations so that both the physiotherapist and the patient are on the same page and accountable for the rehabilitation progress. Overall, physiotherapy with Cassidy is about finding the unique, evidence-based treatments that the patient wants and needs to thrive in their life. In Her Spare Time In her spare time, Cassidy enjoys staying active by hiking, playing sports, and working out. She also loves animals and eating good food. As Cassidy is new to the area, any food/restaurant suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Dr. Caitlyn Evans

Dr. Caitlyn's biggest mission is to help her community remain active and living well throughout all stages of life. Her goal is to not just alleviate pain, but inspire and educate her patients, allowing them to become active participants in their own health and well-being. She works with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that work toward their individual health goals. Dr. Caitlyn graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Rehab Sciences in 2018 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College summa cum laude in 2022. Dr. Caitlyn has worked at PRICE in different roles since 2017 and loves the team based, collaborative approach to care at the clinic. Dr. Caitlyn has helped improve her patient's lives through utilizing a combination of spinal manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, active release, stretches and exercises.

Dr. Evan Braybrook

Dr. Evan Braybrook was raised in Waterloo, and was actively involved in sports and recreation growing up. Pursuing his undergraduate education at the University of Waterloo, Dr. Evan earned his degree in honours biology while also participating in the co-operative education program. His co-op opportunities afforded him interesting experiences such as work in microbiology and genetics. Dr. Evan decided to pursue a career in chiropractic in order to help people live a more active and healthy lifestyle. Evan graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2015, and earned clinic honours. Dr. Evan is up to date on the latest evidence based treatment methods and is eager to improve the health of the community he grew up in. I provide chiropractic therapy that is effective in acute injury treatment, pain management, and bio-mechanical assessment." He has an interest in functional rehabilitation and training to help people recover from injury or long standing postural alterations that lead to musculoskeletal dysfunction. Dr. Evan strives to improve his patients' knowledge of their own health and fitness through patient education.

Dr. Jaime Downey

Dr. Jaime Downey was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario and always had a passion for living a healthy active lifestyle and helping others do the same. This led her to obtain her Honours Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree with Honours from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Her passion for working out, running, and playing soccer led her to become a Personal Trainer and specialize in biomechanics research throughout university, where she was able to develop a better appreciation for how the human body moves and how much better life can be when everything is functioning optimally and feeling good.

Dr. Jason Price

Active in sports for as long as he can remember, Dr. Jason Price has always maintained a keen interest in fitness and health. When a back injury occurred at the age of 15, it was the subsequent chiropractic treatment he received that fueled his motivation to pursue chiropractic as a career. Dr. Price graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Kinesiology in 1998 and continued on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) in 2002 from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). Dr. Jason is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Active Release Techniques (ART), Strength and Conditioning, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, KONKUSSION baseline testing and Concussion Management. Dr. Jason founded Price Chiropractic & Fitness in 2003 with the vision of creating a centre that would guide people from all walks of life (from the stay-at-home mom to elite athlete) to optimal health. Proudly celebrating 15 years in practice, Dr. Jason continues to inspire his community to move, feel and be their best. As a long time resident of Waterloo Region, Dr. Jason has made community outreach an important part of his mission. Dr. Jason has volunteered as part of a medical team for three Ironman triathalons, as well as for the Ontario Summer Games. He is a coach for his son's AAA Kitchener Panthers Ball team and has coached for WMHA, KMHA and KWBHA.

Dr. Rob Green

Dr. Rob Green is a chiropractor who is passionate about helping people. His purpose is to improve people's lives through health and wellness. Dr. Rob truly believes that health and fitness is the foundation for creating a happy and successful life. When you are moving and feeling your best, you can be your best! Dr. Rob provides a number of services that are unique and tailored towards each individuals' needs. His services include soft-tissue therapies (Active Release Technique), joint manipulation, contemporary medical (electro-) acupuncture, kinesiotape, movement retraining and bio-mechanical assessments. This provides all patients with a variety of therapies to use to maximize treatment effectiveness. In combining multiple-treatment approaches, he creates a potent treatment plan to enhance and optimize results. Educating his patients and clients is the foundation for success. Dr. Rob believes the more a person knows, the more they can control their own health and fitness.

Dr. Shannon Gow

Dr. Shannon Gow completed her Bachelor of Science majoring in honours Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Gow then graduated with honours from New York Chiropractic College. During her clinical experience, Dr. Gow has encountered patients from all walks of life. She treats patients with a combination of chiropractic adjustments, manual soft tissue mobilization, and rehabilitation exercise. She creates and implements individualized treatments plans for a variety of conditions. Dr. Gow has a special interest in the pregnant and pediatric populations. She has encountered a variety of conditions, including torticollis, sciatica, disc herniations, round ligament pain, and difficulties with latching. She prides herself on being able to provide quality care to a wide variety of patient needs.

Dr. Tara Price

Born and raised in Waterloo region, Dr. Tara was actively involved in running, dance, cheerleading and group fitness. Her passion for health and fitness led her to pursue studies at the University of Western Ontario where she graduated with an Honours Degree in Kinesiology. After a bad fall at cheerleading practice and a history of back pain from scoliosis, it was Chiropractic care that helped Dr. Tara to get well and stay active. She decided to become a Chiropractor so she could focus on proactive/wellness care, help people move better and share her knowledge of the body and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Mark Silva

Mark Silva has been involved in health and fitness from a very young age. Mark strongly believes that everyone has the capacity to improve their lives in every area. His approach is client focused, hands on, and multidimensional. He believes that one type of treatment won't work for everyone; but, there is a treatment out there that can work for anyone. Mark attended Western University for seven years. He completed his undergraduate degree with Honour's Specialization in Kinesiology, and afterwards he successfully graduated as Master of Physical Therapy. As he was studying, Mark worked at a sports and athletic facility. He helped professional athletes, youth athletes, seniors, and weekend-warriors achieve their specific health and fitness related goals. Mark's purpose behind pursuing Physiotherapy as a career was to improve the value client's received from his care. Mark not only aspires to improve peoples lives through health and fitness; he posses the tools, education, and experience to overcome obstacles (i.e.: mental, emotional, or physical) that stand in the way.

Sarah Arbour

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Sarah has been passionate about health and wellness from a young age. After a dance-related injury, Sarah experienced the effectiveness of active recovery and rehabilitation first-hand. Her approach to rehabilitation involves a focus on functional recovery, hands-on treatment and holistic wellness. After completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University (2018), she then went on to continue her education at Queen's University, completing her Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (2021). Throughout her studies, Sarah continued to be involved with dance teams, maintaining a passion for fitness and health. Sarah has experience working with a variety of patients, from weekend warriors and athletes to acute care and critically ill patients. She believes every patient's treatment should be specific to them and their goals. She is very excited to work with you and within your goals to get you back to full function.

Stefan Arezina

Growing up in Kitchener, Stefan has been involved in athletics his whole life and has been extremely passionate about sports. Through a love for the game and many years of hard work, Stefan particularly excelled in the sport of basketball, as he played varsity high-school basketball at Cameron Heights, and was affiliated with his two University varsity basketball teams. An injury plagued career lead him to complete his Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences, with a minor in Psychology and Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University (2014), and to later obtain his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Queen's University (2016). His life course has lead him to hold strong beliefs in using evidence based treatment methods in order to improve the health of people in the community he grew up in.
