From designing to printing everything is done "in-house". Unlike most businesses like mine, I do not charge separate art charges, screen charges, flash charges, etc. I might charge for digitizing if the design requires a significant amount of time. I have no "hidden cost". To established customers, I have no minimums on printing or embroidery items.* I try to work with my customers and their needs so they walk away pleased with the product and the service. If something isn't right, please let me know... My goal is to develop long relationships and I am proud to say many of my customers have been with me for the past 18 years.
