Luis Pomares founded the firm in 2011 after engaging exclusively in disability law. His practice includes representing people who have been injured or need disability benefits, as well as those who are fighting for rightful compensation for their injuries. Luis focuses on a direct connection with his clients and is devoted to direct, hands-on client service. He also values the boutique law firm approach as opposed to firms that outsource call handling.
Luis has instilled a strong sense of professionalism within the firm with a strong focus on educating clients about their rights. He provides clients the ability to obtain the awards that they are entitled to receive and helps them make informed decisions regarding their cases.
In addition to his passion for working on his clients' cases, Luis enjoys riding motorcycles, working on vehicles, and watching movies. He also enjoys suspense dramas by John Grisham and Stephen King.
Michael Manfredi is a New York State Bar-admitted attorney who has been getting no-fault medical providers' denied bills paid since 2014. He has appeared at over 10,000 no-fault arbitration hearings and has recovered millions of dollars for his no-fault providers.
Michael also works to protect the rights of those who are injured through the negligence of others. He understands that often his clients are in a difficult and stressful situation due to their injuries. By fighting to protect these client's rights to obtain a just resolution, he can make a difference in their lives.
When not working, Michael enjoys spending time with family and cooking. He also enjoys winning at fantasy football and is the commissioner of multiple leagues.
Percy Pomares is a passionate advocate for clients in need of legal counsel. He handles a direct connection with clients in comparison to bigger firms that experience disconnect with clients. Percy has a strong commitment to education and ensuring each client receives a personal return call promptly. He attended Hofstra Law School and graduated in 2014. After graduating from law school, he hit the ground running with clients at Pomares Law Group after helping with case work during law school.
Mr. Pomares has a solid commitment to education in order to help clients fully understand the legal process. He ensures that each client is empowered with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their legal needs.
In his free time, he enjoys listening to Fantasy Football podcasts, reading books by Stephen King and Kurt Vonegut. He also loves traveling and listening to music.
