Mr Hasegawa joined the Portek Group in September 2021. He has held various positions such as Chief Affiliate Management Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Portek. In April 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer, in charge of Group Business Development Unit which is responsible for new investment and acquisition of logistic Infrastructure terminals coupled with Mitsui's financial capability and network. In November 2023, Mr Hasegawa was appointed as the Chief Operation & Development Officer, in charge of Group Business Operation Unit, a new Unit established following the integration of Group Affiliate Management Unit and Group Business Development Unit. Previously, Mr Hasegawa worked as the Chief Marketing Officer of Nacala Logistics, which operates ports and railways in Mozambique. Over the past 20 years, he has gained experience in Strategic Planning, Project Development including M&A, Commercial & Marketing and Business Transformation in Port, Railway and IT industry. Mr Hasegawa holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Mr Kong Kok Chee was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer from January 2024. Under Group Strategic Planning Unit, Mr Kong is in charge of driving mid to long term Corporate strategy as well as leading innovation and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives in the Organization. His unit includes Strategic Planning Division, Information Technology Division, HSE Division and Engineering Services Division. Mr Kong has worked in Portek since 2005 and has broad expertise related to Port Management as well as Business Development. He has also been seconded, holding top position managing the Group's portfolios in Indonesia and Rwanda. Graduated with an Economics degree from National University of Singapore and a Master degree in International Business from University of Melbourne, he also completed an executive program under Mitsui & Co. in Harvard Business School.

Mr Matsumoto joined the Portek Group in October 2022 as a non-executive director. He was appointed as an executive director as well as the CEO of Portek in July 2023. Additionally, he took on the position of the Chief Human Resource Officer, overseeing the enhancement of the organization through the effective allocation of a diverse range of human resources. Mr Matsumoto has worked for Mitsui since 1993 and he has broad expertise in infrastructure development such as renewable energy, power, gas and environmental projects globally. He also has extensive experience as executive and non-executive director in Mitsui's affiliates. Mr. Matsumoto holds a Bachelor of Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Waseda University, Tokyo.

Mr Goto was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Compliance Officer of Portek in June 2023. As CFO, he oversees accounting and finance activities including financial and management reporting, taxation, treasury, market/credit risk, budgeting and forecasting, and advises on M&A transactions. As CAO & CCO, he ensures corporate governance and compliance through Portek group companies. Mr Goto has worked for Mitsui since 2007 and he has broad expertise related to M&A, Investment management, Accounting, Tax, Credit risk control, etc. He also has experience working for MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd and for Mitsui & Co. Power Development and Management Americas in Mexico. Mr Goto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Houston and has embraced executive education opportunities at Stanford "Big Data, Strategic Decisions: Analysis to Action" and at Wharton "The CFO becoming strategic partner".

Yuji Ueda has been appointed as a non-executive director of Portek in July 2023. He joined Mitsui in 1994 and has held responsibilities in Europe, Latin America, Russia, and Asia with a focus on infrastructure projects investment. He is currently the Deputy General Manager, Division 1(Asia),Infrastructure Projects Business Unit of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and he is responsible for the development of infrastructure projects in Asia. Mr Ueda graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Foreign Studies.

Yukio Saito has been appointed as a non-executive director of Portek in April 2023. He has worked for Mitsui since 2003 and he has broad experience in infrastructure development such as renewable energy, power and environmental projects globally. He is currently the General Manager, First Department, Division I (Asia), Infrastructure Projects Business Unit of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and he is responsible for the development of infrastructure projects in Asia. Mr Saito holds a Master of Engineering, Graduate School of Yokohama National University, Yokohama.
