I am a freelance Event Production Manager, producing Live Event Projects and overseeing the Site Management of outdoor locations and unconventional spaces. Working in the diverse realms of live events, music festivals and site-specific theatre, I lead on the overall planning, design, implementation, operation and dissolution of creative experiences. This includes budget holding, supply chain management, venue and technology overlay, collaboration with partners and stakeholders, recruitment and leadership of staff... I believe in clear communication, attention to detail and robust organisational skills. I support and facilitate creative thinking with innovative solutions to production challenges. I am a strong, confident communicator and enjoy working with new teams from volunteers and site crews to artists, contractors, sponsors and the odd animal! I thrive on the often bizarre situations of piecing together the puzzle, whilst remaining calm, focused and always with a smile!
