Anderson joined PNFP Capital Markets in 2022. Anderson primarily represents family and founder-owned businesses in sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he performs business advisory services, including strategic opportunity, capital structure and valuation analyses. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Anderson specialized in transaction advisory services, financial analysis and strategic planning within the healthcare industry. Anderson led buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, inclusive of due diligence and quality of earnings analyses. Additionally, he managed strategic advisory projects, focusing on market assessments, financial projections, feasibility analyses and strategic plan development. Anderson grew up in Knoxville and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he received his bachelor's degree in accounting and also earned a Master of Accountancy. Barry Moody
