Bruce Brewer joined PNL in 2004 and serves as the Senior Underwriter and is responsible for identifying, modeling, assessing, and pricing PNL's investment opportunities.
Prior to joining PNL, Bruce worked for Insignia Financial Group where he was responsible for asset management, investment modeling and underwriting of institutional-grade commercial real estate. Prior to Insignia, Bruce held underwriting, asset management and valuation focused roles at GE Capital Real Estate, Arthur Andersen, AMRESCO and Bank of America.
Bruce holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and previously held a general real estate appraiser's license in Texas.
Clayton Elliott joined PNL in 2013 and serves as a Partner responsible for identifying and overseeing the underwriting of PNL's investment opportunities.
Prior to joining PNL, Clayton was Regional Partner with Hines Interests responsible for Central and North Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona overseeing the development, acquisition, and management of more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate representing over $5 billion in value during his 28-year tenure at Hines.
Clayton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSBA from the University of Florida and was a Certified Public Account in the State of Florida.

Dan Levitan is the founding principal, along with David Porter, of The LNP Companies, an affiliate of the PNL Companies, where Mr. Levitan has been Director of Acquisitions from 1999-2021. While continuing to maintain his ownership interest in PNL's existing assets, starting in 2022, Mr. Levitan began purchasing new deals solely through LNP as its majority member.
Prior to joining PNL in 1999, Mr. Levitan held several positions in the commercial real estate investment and advisory business in Southern California. He was previously the Director of Real Estate Consulting with Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, and a Consulting Manager with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, which was subsequently absorbed into the real estate practice at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Levitan is a licensed California real estate broker. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California in Finance and Real Estate, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Elaine Noel joined PNL in 2018 as Office Manager overseeing office needs, technology and manages certain accounting functions including payables and receivables.
Prior to joining PNL, she was at Baylor Research Institute where she was an Executive Assistant. Previously she was with the Cardiopulmonary Research Science and Technology Institute as Office Manager/Executive Assistant. She also worked at Tenet Health in its tax department.
Elaine earned a Business Associate degree from Collin College.

Garrett L. Roddie joined PNL in 1999 and serves as Chief Financial Officer leading all aspects of the firm's financing operations and treasury management.
Prior to joining PNL, Garrett was an auditor for several years in the Fort Worth office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP in their assurance advisory and consulting services. His primary clients were private equity, commercial real estate investment firms.
Garrett holds an MBA and BA from the Texas Tech University and sits on several Fort Worth community and Texas State Boards and Executive committees.
Joel Roman joined PNL in 2012 and serves as a Managing Director overseeing the implementation of PNL's investment strategies and asset management initiatives.
Prior to joining PNL, Joel worked in the Loan Acquisition Group of Beal Bank where he targeted performing and nonperforming real estate loans and credit facilities for acquisition from the FDIC and private institutions. Preceding his time with Beal, Joel spent three years at Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital providing balance sheet loans for the acquisition and repositioning of office, industrial, retail, hotel, and multi-family properties nationwide.
Joel holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.

Since joining PNL in 1999, Scott has contributed to PNL's growth and success by overseeing the asset management of the firm's holdings. Starting in January 2022 all for Scott took over the President's role, for new entities and assets. Scott is responsible for the PNL's overall direction and investment strategy.
Scott joined PNL from GE Capital where he held multiple positions in Asset Management, Originations and Dispositions of the firm's loan portfolio. Prior to joining, GE Capital, Scott spent 6 years with Travelers Insurance Company helping to manage and resolve over the $350 million troubled assets for the insurer.
Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
