She started working at PAC "Doverie" in 1994 as the Director of the "Information Systems and Pension Product" Directorate, which she led until the beginning of March 2002, when she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
After structural changes, in 2012 she headed the Specialized Service "Internal Control" directly subordinated to the Management Board. From 2013 to 2021, she held the position of Executive Director, and currently is the Chief Methodologist for Supplementary pension insurance. She was also the Responsible Actuary of the Company.
She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of St. Kliment Ohridski - majoring in "Mathematics", qualification - mathematician-mathematical statistics.
In 2016, she was awarded with the "Lifetime Contribution to the Development of Bulgarian Insurance" Award of Prof. Dr. Veleslav Gavriyski Foundation.
He has been working in the area of asset management since 2008 and has over 11 years of experience in the financial markets. During his professional career, he has worked mainly in asset management for large institutional clients and specializes in the analysis and transactions of money market instruments, and government and corporate debt. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Certified Investment Consultant by the FSC, successfully passed Level II in the CFA Institute Program.

Boryana Simeonova started working at Pension Assurance Company Doverie in 2004 as Regional Director for North-Eastern Bulgaria. In 2009 she was appointed Regional Director for North Bulgaria. In 2017 she was selected to manage the Intensive grouth project and in 2019, she stepped into the position Branch Network Director.

Boyan Milenkov is a licensed investment advisor and securities broker with the Financial Supervision Commission, as well as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM Charter Holder). He has experience as a foreign exchange dealer, and securities broker, as well as experience in securities portfolio management in various banking and non-banking financial institutions in Bulgaria. Over the last 10 years, he has built on his expertise in risk management in two of the leading pension companies in Bulgaria.He joined the team of the management company DV Asset Management EAD in October 2018.

Director "Security and Anti-Money Laundering Measures"
She joined the team of Pension Assurance Company Doverie in 2015 as Head of Security Department and since 2019 she is Security and AML Director of the Company, in charge of the security activities and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. She organizes the interaction between the Directorate and other structural units of the Company for the performance of tasks related to the security and counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing.
She has also extensive experience and qualifications in the field of security, anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering, economic crime, etc., and has worked for many years in the structures of the Ministry of Interior as a Commissioner and Head of the Economic Crime Department in the General Directorate of National Police of the Ministry of Interior.

Dorothea Pandova joined the legal team of Pension Assurance Company Doverie in 2013. Until then she held positions in both the private and public sector. She has experience in financial regulations, legislative process, asset management, project management.
Holds a Master's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski. Specialized at Zeppelin University Germany, United States Department of State, Harvard Kennedy School (executive education), Euromoney Financial Training, Institute of Public Administration, etc. She is a scholar of the German Bundestag.

Dr. Rumyana Sotirova was born in Sofia and is a graduate from the 114th English language high school in Sofia. She graduated in International Economic Relations at the Higher Institute of Economics. Holds a doctor's degree in Economics from the Russian Academy of Sciences. Holds degrees from The University of Arizona Professional Development Program in Business Management and Economics (1991-1992) and the Pew Economic Freedom Fellows Program at Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service (1993).
Dr. Sotirova's professional career sstarted at the Center for Foreign Trade and International Markets (research associate) and the Ministry of Trade (head of the Export Promotion Department). In 1997, she joined the team of ING Bank in Sofia as chief economist. After the start of the pension reform in Bulgaria and the introduction of the additional pension insurance, Dr. Sotirova focused her professional efforts on the development and validation of the capital pension model in Bulgaria.
In 2001, she became Head of Corporate Sales Department at ING Pension Insurance Company. From 2002 to September 2009, she was the executive director of ING Pension Insurance Company, responsible for the sales department. From 2010 to 2022, was executive director of the Pension Insurance Company DSK-Rodina in charge of sales and distribution channels. During this period, the most active banking channel for sales of pension products was developed.
Since October 2023, Dr. Sotirova joined PAC Doverie as head of the Pension products external sales channels management Department.

Born and graduated in the UK. Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kingston University and a Master degree in Business Administration from London Business School.
Worked with the INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION (IFC) between 1991 and 2021, holding different positions, among them: Investment Officer/Senior Investment Officer; Manager Financial Institutions; Director Global Trade Finance; Regional Vice President Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe and Central Asia and Member of the Executive Committee.
He graduated from the "Karl Francens Universität" in Graz, specialty Business Economy. At present he is Managing Director of ‘‘VIG Real Estate'' GmbH (Austria) and ‘'VIG-CZ Real Estate'' GmbH (Austria) and Procurator of ‘'Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe'' (Austria).
He has been working at Pension Assurance Company Doverie since 2005. Before joining the Company, he worked as a Senior Expert at the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and for more than 10 years as Deputy Chief Accountant in the Investments Department of another pension assurance company, as well as in the Investments and Insurance Reserves Department of insurance companies. Graduate of the UNWE. He has additional qualifications in Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, etc.

Ivo Zahariev joined the PAC Doverie team in mid 2012 as a CFO. Previously he gained 10 years of experience in the management of pension funds´ assets in two of the biggest pension assurance companies in the country. He graduated with a BA degree in International finance and trade from the Portsmouth University UK and with a MB degree in Finance from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. He has an Investment consultant license from the FSC.
He joined the team of Pension Assurance Company Doverie in November 2009 as IT Director, and has been holding the same position between 2004 and 2006. Before joining the team of PAC Doverie for the first time he worked as an IT Director in a couple of international companies. In 2020, he was elected Member of the Management Board and Executive director of the Company.
He graduated from the UNWE with a Master's degree in Accounting and Control. During his professional career, he gained experience in the field of accounting, financial analysis, and risk management while holding management positions in several companies. Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP, Certified Investment Advisor by the FSC, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder).
Mr. Raichev graduated in Law in 1980 from Sofia University St. Kliment Ochridski. Worked as an Attorney at law in Sofia and a legal counsel at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations. Attorney at law experienced in commercial and company law, foreign investments, labour and customs law, bankruptcy and arbitration. Founder of Lega InterConsult (LIC) - Penkov, Markov & Partners.

He joined the Company in 1999 as financial analyst at the "Finance and Accounting" Directorate, appointed among over 200 applicants for the vacancy during the "Career Days - 1999" organized by AISECK - Bulgaria. At the beginning of 2000 he was appointed Internal Auditor. Since April 2001 he has been the director of the "Finance, Accounting and Investments" Directorate, and since September 2008 he has been Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer. In 2012, he was elected as a Member of the Management Board and subsequently as the Company's CEO. Graduate of the University of National and World Economy, M.A. degree in Corporate Finance. Before joining Doverie Mr. Marinov had served as real estate broker and capital markets assistant manager. In 2020, he was awarded with the "Lifetime Contribution to the Development of Bulgarian Insurance" Award of the Prof. Dr. Veleslav Gavriyski Foundation.

General Manager of the Small Business Support Programme of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He holds a BSc in Corporate Finance from the University of National and World Economy and an EMBA from Ashridge Business School, London.
In the EBRD programme, he is responsible for managing the relationship with all stakeholders (government, local and international associations, chambers and clusters, media, local SMEs and consultants, etc.), organises and oversees all consultancy projects, and is responsible for promoting the programme and ensuring that it delivers real value through each project.

Nikola Aleksiev joined PAC Doverie in 2009 as Head of the Personnel recruitment and assessment unit within the HR department. In 2015 he was appointed HR Director.
His previous experience was mainly in the personnel recruitment area.
He graduated in the USA with a degree in Psychology and a second degree in Spanish. His English is level C 1, according to The Common European Framework. He's fluent in Spanish and has a good command of French.

Nikola Ivanov joined the team of PAC Doverie in April 2022, when he stepped into the position of Information Technologies Director. Before joining the Company, he has accumulated over 30 years of experience in IT, in various companies from the technological, construction and financial sectors.
He holds a PhD in Business Process Continuity and Information Protection. In 2017, he was certified as a Lead Auditor under ISO27001 by CQI-IRCA, which complements his in-depth knowledge in the field of Information Security and Risk Management.
Nikolay Marev was born in 1967, in Burgas and completed his secondary education at the English language high school in Burgas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and International Economics from the State University of New York and a master's degree in International Economic Relations from the Budapest University of Economics. Also has an ACCA accounting qualification. Fluent in English, Hungarian and Russian.
He started his career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in Budapest, in August 1994. Continued as a corporate auditor at Philip Morris in Lausanne, Switzerland, until the end of 1997. Worked at the Central and Eastern European venture capital fund Oresaventures in Brussels until the end of 1999.
As the financial director of Cefin Holding S.A.q from the beginning of 2000 to September 2003, he created dealer networks for sales of "Iveco" trucks in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria with the Cefin brand and in parallel captive leasing companies under the Afin brand.
From October 2003 to the end of 2004, he was procurator and financial director of DSK Bank, a member of the OTP group. From the beginning of 2005 to May 2009, he was executive director of Merkantil Bank in Budapest, a member of the OTP Group, where he was responsible for the development of the bank's international network. He created and managed leasing companies in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
From June 2009 to July 2023, he was CEO of Pension assurance company "DSK-Rodina". During this period, "DSK-Rodina" increased its market shares, in terms of insured persons and assets under management, from 8% to 20%. The number of insured persons reached 970 thousand and the assets under management - BGN 4.2 billion, ranking it in 3rd place in the pension industry.
He studied law at the University of Vienna and has a specialization in EU competition law at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). Holds a Master's degree in Law.
Has been a member of the Management Board of Vienna Insurance Group since January 2009. From 2003 to 2008 was a member of the Management Board of Donauversicherung, responsible for sales and marketing. Previously, he was internationally involved outside the Group, as CEO or board member of companies in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland.
In 2018, he was awarded the degree of Doctor honoris causa (Dr.h.c) by the Academy of Economics D. А. Tsenov, Bulgaria for his contribution to the development of the insurance industry in Bulgaria. Married, with four children.
At Vienna Insurance Group he is responsible for the group's Corporate business, Rreinsurance and Vienna International Underwriters (VIU). His country responsibilities include the Region South (Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Croatia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Serbia.

Rositsa Velkova is part of PAC Doverie team since 2023. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) with a master's degree in finance.
In 1993, she joined the Ministry of Finance, starting as a junior expert and subsequently reaching the highest level in the hierarchy - the post of minister. From April 2000 to April 2001, she held the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Agency of Insurance Supervision. Her career development continues at the Ministry of Finance, where she is the Head of the State Expenditure Directorate and has two terms as Deputy Minister (2017 and 2021-2022). She was briefly Chairman of the board of directors of the National palace of culture (2021). From August 2022 to June 2023, Velkova was the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the period 2008-2009, she was a financial expert of the Republic of Bulgaria at UNESCO.

Tatyana Koleva is part of the team of PAC Doverie from the end of 2023. She holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing in Non-Financial Enterprises from the "D.A.Tsenov" Academy of Economics, Svishtov.
She has worked as a chief accountant in a management company and investor relations director of a national mutual fund.
Her career in finance began in 2005 as an accountant at an investment firm and Special investment purpose companies assosiation (SIPCA). She has been involved in mutual fund formations, acquisitions, mergers and conversions.
He graduated from the Higher Institute of Chemical Engineering in Sofia with a degree in Mining and Processing of Ferrous Metals and Industrial Management at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Between 1969 - 1990 he worked at "Kremikovtzi" Plant. Currently he is Chairperson of the Independent Federation of Metalworkers. He is vice-president of the European Metalworkers Federation.

Vladimira Dimkova started working at Pension Assurance Company Doverie in 2007 as Internal Communications Director.
Prior to joining the Company, she had experience as a reporter at the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency and as Internal Communications, Public Relations and Protocol Manager at the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Soria, Spain.
She has a university degree in economics. Speaks English, level C 1, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as Spanish and Russian and basic Italian.

Yanaki Yanakiev joined the team of PAC Doverie AD in October 2023. He completed his higher education with a master's degree at the University of National and World Economy, with a specialization in control.
He started his professional career at the Bulgarian national bank, Banking Supervision, and his main work was related to cross-inspections to assess the risks taken by the commercial banks operating in the country. During this 18-year period, he worked with international consultants, passing through different levels and positions, as well as a palette of different trainings and exchange of experience in the country and abroad.
After that, he continued his career as the head of internal audit and control units at Bulgarian Development Bank and "Kozloduy" NPP EAD. Additionally, he was an independent member of the Supervisory Board of PIC "DSK-Rodina" AD and is currently the Deputy chairman of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
Since 2010, he is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Bulgaria and chairman of the Association's Control Board. He has more than 25 years of experience in control and auditing in various fields, as well as valid internal auditor certificates issued by the Ministry of Finance in the country and the Global Institute of Internal Auditors (DIIA). He participated in various forms of training to maintain and improve his qualifications.

He started working in Pension Assurance Company Doverie" in 2002 as a Program Manager in the Marketing Division. Since 2004 he has been managing the legal department of the Company.
Prior to joining Pension Assurance Company Doverie, he worked at the General Labour Inspectorate and at the Labour Law and Social Security Directorate of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. As an expert at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and later as a consultant to the Pension Reform Project of the United States Agency for International Development, he participated in the working group on the drafting of the new social security legislation.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He has level B1 knowledge of English according to the Common European Framework of Reference For Languages.
