M. Hakan Çil, has been working in various roles in the family industrial enterprise from an early age, started his working life in 1997 with the role of employer in the plastic packaging industry. Since this date, he has completed the development processes in the sector with Sekuro Plastik Amb. San. A.Ş., which carries out production and marketing activities of protective packaging film products for industrial products and in 2009, established Polifilm Ambalaj San. A.Ş. to produce and market flexible packaging film products.
Having business education, M. Hakan Çil continues to serve as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of both companies.
Sibel Akın, completing her undergraduate education at Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration, started her professional career at Dışbank A.Ş. by taking part in the internal audit function. Respectively, after taking on the duty of Corporate Branch Manager at Turkish Economy Bank, she served as Head of Commercial Banking Marketing Department and Deputy General Manager in Anadolubank until 2015. Since 2016, she holds over Deputy General Manager responsible for Finance and Financial Affairs in Sekuro Plastik Amb. San. A.Ş.
