Tom Caesar is the Managing Director of the Positive Group, a group of Australian financial services companies offering a broad range of finance to clients Australia wide. The Positive Group assists clients in the areas of car finance, mortgages, insurance & wealth management.
Beginning operations in 2009 during the Global Financial Crisis, the business has achieved significant growth during its 7 years in operation. Testament to Tom's determination and focus on utilising emerging technologies for advancement, the business now employs over 40 staff across Australia.
In 2015 Tom was awarded ‘Finance Broker of the Year' & ‘Broker of the Year' by the South Australia Better Business Awards. Positive Lending Solutions has also been named finalists in four categories at the 2015 Australian Broking Awards with Tom named as a finalist for ‘Asset Finance Broker of The Year'. The goal is to take Positive Lending Solutions to a nationally recognised brand with offices in all major cities.
Tom regularly contributes expert opinion to business articles and is also spearheading the drive to align Positive Lending Solutions philosophy and values with important issues and the wider business community. Key areas of focus for Tom and the team include: improving financial education; technology, innovation and marketing for business growth and ongoing support as finance and lending experts.
