Carolyn de la Rosa

Carolyn has her MA(Cantab) in Engineering from Cambridge University. She has been a Director of Progressive from inception, and currently is Operations Director. She brings to the Progressive Team almost twenty-five (25) years of management consulting and quality assurance experience for local and global organizations - including GSK, PwC, and PA Consulting in over 20 countries primarily in Europe and Latina. Carolyn manages Progressive's Outsourced Recruitment Service Delivery and led the delivery of this service to Heritage & Paria, Atlantic LNG, bpTT, TEXTEL CU, PATT, and CDA as well as JobsTT/GT.

Danielle Adams

Danielle is our functional HR Operations Support for the team, including payroll support and execution. She brings a wealth of strategic Administrative and Payroll skillset spanning over 34 years. Danielle has studied Business and Finance at Norwich City College, England and has sharpened her secretarial skills at the Academy of Secretarial Knowledge. In addition to this, she has 15 years of working with payroll in different industries such as construction, distribution, land management and precious metals & jewelry.

Janeé Sebright

Janeé is our Business Development Lead at JobsTT. She leads the sales funnel from end to end, capitalizing on a high retention rate of clients. She has over 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing at a corporate level in the private sector. Janeé's core focus is on the expansion of key accounts and managing clients' expectations based on value while working closely with your next hire to ensure they are the right fit, with measurable value. She is committed to ensuring that each client has open dialogue and transparency throughout the entire process for maximum success.

Melissa Graham

Melissa joins the Progressive team as Recruitment Consultant and Operations support. Her primary role supports the team in the recruitment cycle and accounts receivables collections portfolio of the operations department. Melissa's experience spans over 16 years in the financial sector. She has worked in both banking operations and the Credit Department, having served 12 years as a Personal Banking officer. She graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a BA in Business Management and is committed to continuous learning and new challenges as a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive.

Navindra Balgobin

Navindra is a Human Resource Professional with both HR and Security experience and qualifications. His educational background includes a BSc. in Business Management and Certifications in Industrial Relations at the University of the West Indies. He has always had a passion for HR and Security Management and comes with over 12 years of experience within the Private Security Industry both strategically and operationally. In the last year he has shown a definite passion for recruitment pursuing further research in Recruitment strategies and would like to contribute towards creating a new body of information that would take the industry to a different level in Trinidad and Tobago.

Nicole Greene

Nicole brings to the team 20 years of experience in the corporate, entrepreneurial and film & TV sectors. Nicole holds the role of Contractor Management Support, assisting the management team with our outsourced services and external hires.

Nkosi Pichery

Nkosi is the team's Social Media and Digital Strategist. He manages, implements and directs the digital strategies for JobsTT.com & Progressive Recruitment Specialist Limited, ensuring both brands in the digital landscape remain competitive and innovative to clients and job seekers locally and regionally. He is a Digital Content Strategist with over a decade of experience in the private sector. Impressive leadership and time management skills with a concentration on client satisfaction and team unity. Detail-oriented with a ‘there's always a solution' attitude when it comes to projects and problems clients may face when building, maintaining and growing their brands.

Pasha Hussain

Pasha Hussain read for a Law with European Law degree at The University of Nottingham, England, which he completed in 1998 He began his career in recruitment in 2000 when he joined Huxley Associates, a multinational recruitment firm headquartered in London. Having successfully recruited for three years, Pasha subsequently managed a team of four recruiters specializing in recruiting for the front office IT professionals of tier 1 investment banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions. An opportunity was then identified to start up a Huxley office in New York and Pasha was asked to run the IT banking recruitment desk for this start-up. Pasha left Huxley Associates towards the end of 2005 to repatriate to Trinidad. Here he took on a short consulting contract in October 2006, focusing on a mass recruitment drive for the newly established Caribbean Airlines. After completing this, Pasha registered his own company Progressive Recruitment Specialists Ltd. This is the only firm in the country to specialize and focus solely on recruitment and selection for professional to executive level positions.

Reanna Seepersad

She holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire. Reanna brings to the company a diversification of skills and experience of over 8 years in Insurance, Human Resources and Business Administration. She joined the JobsTT team in January 2020, as a Resourcer and Database Professional, identifying and engaging the best candidates to clients.

Vinash Bhagoo

Vinash holds the role of Human Resource Manager for both teams at Progressive and JobsTT. In addition to his core HR function, he currently manages the contractor support services, compensation & benefits and employee relations for our outsourced services. Vinash holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies where he specialized in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems. He has also attained Certifications in Industrial Relations, NEBOSH Health & Safety and Project Management. He has worked with several different industries spanning from Freight Forwarding, Shipping & Logistics, to Financial Outsourcing and Oil and Gas. His combination of academic qualifications and diverse industry experience has granted him the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in the areas of Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Employee Engagement.

Wadikee Buckmire

Wadikee joined the newly formed Progressive team ten (10) years ago as one of the organization's first hires. He started as a Trainee Consultant and five (5) years later worked his way up to a Recruitment Team Lead. Wadikee spent three (3) years working with different Human Resource (HR) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) consulting firms and recently re-joined the team as a Recruitment Executive. He has touched on all industries both locally and internationally and has carved out a niche for himself in HR, Accounting and Engineering. In HR and Accounting, he has worked with professionals at all levels from assistants to Directors. On the Engineering side, Wadikee has supported recruitment drives for Mechanical and E&I Engineers on the Process Plants, Drilling Engineers for the Upstream O&G multi nationals and Process Engineers for LNG plants as far as Equatorial Guinea.
