Brian M. Harrison is an Advisor with Pouschine Cook Capital Management. Brian is a board member of Curexa, an industry leading, 503A compounding pharmacy supporting DTC telemedicine wellness brands by offering fulfillment and pharmacy expertise to its client partners across the United States. In addition, Brian is a member of the Board of Directors of Griswold Home Care and is a former board member of Golden State Dermatology. Prior to joining Pouschine Cook, Mr. Harrison was a Vice President at Altpoint Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity with over $1 billion in equity capital under management. At Altpoint, Mr. Harrison was responsible for investments in the business services and telecommunications infrastructure sectors overseeing investments across a number of portfolio companies including data centers, distribution services, fiber and metro-fiber, cellular towers, and payment processing. Previously, Mr. Harrison was an Associate with Macquarie's Industrials and Infrastructure group where he worked on the acquisition, development and financings on behalf of Macquarie's internally managed funds. Mr. Harrison began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman's Merchant Banking Group and graduated with a B.S. from the Vanderbilt School of Engineering.

Prior to co-founding Pouschine Cook, Everett was a managing director of Ampton Investments, Inc. where he focused on private middle market recapitalizations and acquisitions and was chairman and CEO of Bake Rite Foods, Inc. Prior to Ampton, Everett served as an operating executive and director at several companies owned and controlled by his family. He was a vice president and director of Cook International, Inc., a vice president and director of Terminix International, Inc., a director of PBCM, Inc., and chairman of Cook Flexner & Co., Inc. Previously, he was a mortgage securities and corporate finance professional with First Pennco Securities, Inc. Everett graduated from Dartmouth College and from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is currently Chairman of Southern Dental Alliance and a Director of SDI, and formerly the Chairman of the Board of Drilltec, The RoomPlace and Fantastic Sams. Everett is also a board member of several not-for-profit organizations.

John L. Pouschine brings 35 years of private equity investment experience, including roles in operations, extensive board of directors experience, and a very successful record making non-control investments, to Pouschine Cook, which he co-founded in 1997. Prior to co-founding Pouschine Cook, John was a senior vice president and director of Electra Inc. where he focused on leading many private middle market expansion financings, recapitalizations and acquisitions. In his role as investor and director, John guided numerous companies through growth rates well in excess of the industry. These included Act III Cinemas, DeCrane Aircraft Holdings, Family Christian Stores, Oxford Health Plans, Regent Communications and Steinway Musical Properties. Prior to Electra, John was a vice president of Bradford Ventures, Ltd., where in addition to doing buyouts, he played a leading operating role turning around two portfolio companies. Prior to Bradford, John was an investment banker at Prudential Securities and a commercial banker at JP Morgan. John graduated from Princeton University and from Harvard Business School. Currently, John is Chairman of Curexa, an industry leading, 503A compounding pharmacy supporting DTC telemedicine wellness brands by offering fulfillment and pharmacy expertise to its client partners across the United States. Rob is an Advisor at Pouschine Cook. He joined Pouschine Cook as a Principal in 1999. He was previously a senior vice president at S.N. Phelps & Co., a private investment management and merchant banking firm based in Greenwich, CT. Rob was also a principal at Head & Company LLC, a private equity firm specializing in the insurance industry, where he worked for eight years. Rob began his professional career at KPMG Peat Marwick and was a senior auditor in its financial services group in New York City. Currently, Rob is a board member of Curexa, an industry leading, 503A compounding pharmacy supporting DTC telemedicine wellness brands by offering fulfillment and pharmacy expertise to its client partners across the United States. In addition, Rob serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Southern Dental Alliance, a dental support organization in the Southeastern US providing non-clinical business and administrative services to its affiliated dental practices specializing in pediatric dentistry, family dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery, with 43 locations under eight distinct regional brands. Rob is also a board observer for SDI, a provider of outsourced digital services to optimize the MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) supply chain for manufacturers across a range of industries. Prior to the sale of each company, Rob was a director of Drilltec Technologies Corporation (a manufacturer of OCTG thread protectors and protective transportation systems) and Doe & Ingalls (a specialty chemicals distribution and supply chain company), and was a board observer for Golden State Dermatology (a provider of practice management services for dermatology providers). Rob was also a board member of Talalay Global, a Connecticut-based manufacturer of premium latex rubber mattress cores, pillow buns and finished beds. Rob has worked extensively with founder and family-owned businesses to transition them to larger scale enterprises with particular emphasis on best practice implementation across a broad spectrum of disciplines: governance, strategic planning, human capital development, operational improvements, information systems upgrades, and financial oversight and guidance. Rob works closely with management to provide companies the operational enhancements, capital and active guidance at the Board level that is needed to achieve higher growth and profitability.
