Chandler joined Primus in 2020 and is based in the Atlanta office. She focuses on the firm's investment activities in software and technology-enabled services sectors. Chandler is currently a Director of Ambition and Bloomfire, and is actively involved with Ordergroove. Her historical investments include MBO Partners (acquired by Emerald Lake) and Netchex (acquired by GrowthCurve Capital).
Prior to joining Primus, Chandler helped lead investments in healthcare and industrials companies at Shore Capital Partners and Driehaus Private Equity. She also served as an Analyst at Lincoln International in their Healthcare and Industrials groups. Chandler earned a BA with distinction in Economics and History from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was a Khosla Private Equity Fellow.
Chris rejoined Primus in 2014. Chris focuses on the firm's investment activities in cybersecurity, education, and healthcare information technology. He is currently a Director of BioProcure & Prendio, BizLibrary, Cayuse, CORL & Meditology, Hayes Management Consulting, Healthcare Bluebook, Lightbeam Health Solutions, and Trilliant Health. Chris is also actively involved with MEDHOST. Historically, Chris was involved with American Institutes (acquired by Ultimate Medical Academy), AOD Software (acquired by MatrixCare), Emmi Solutions (sold to Wolters Kluwer, AEX:WKL), EnableComp LLC (merged with Argos Health, a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe portfolio company), ExactCare Pharmacy (acquired by Nautic Partners), Harmony Healthcare IT, PathGroup (acquired by The Pritzker Group), and Payspan (acquired by Zelis).
Chris previously worked for The Edgewater Funds, Chicago Growth Partners, and as a Senior Associate of Primus. Prior to joining Primus, he worked for Harris Williams & Co., a leading middle market investment bank. Chris received a BS summa cum laude in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Connor joined Primus in 2020 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two and a half years as an analyst in the Government Services investment banking group at Houlihan Lokey, where he completed sell-side transactions for companies in the Tech-Enabled Services and Defense verticals. Connor graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, receiving a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.

Creighton joined Primus in 2019 and is based in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst in the Industrials group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions and debt and equity financings. Creighton graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance.
At Primus, Creighton is actively involved with the firm's investments in Bloomfire and TrackVia. He was previously involved with ClearCompany, Netchex, MBO Partners and SkillSurvey.

Devin joined Primus in 2021 and is the Head of Portfolio Management. He oversees internal and third-party operating resources and works with companies across the portfolio to identify and implement operational best practices. Devin joins Primus with almost 30 years of experience working with growth stage companies on organizational leadership, sales design and execution, healthcare technology, as well as process redesign and improvement. He has extensive operating experience having served as the CEO of SonarMD and as CEO of Emmi Solutions, LLC, a Primus portfolio company that was acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2016. Devin also held leadership positions in both Sales and Business Development at Emmi and spent 10 years with First Consulting Group.
Devin is currently a Director of Ambition, Trilliant Health. Rev.IO, OrderGroove and Bloomfire. Devin is also actively involved in Healthcare Blueoook, Hayes and Lightbeam Health Solutions.
Devin earned a BA in International Business from Lehigh University, an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Temple University, and completed a fellowship in Hospital Administration at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.

Dominic joined Primus in 1998 and is responsible for the accounting, finance, tax, investor relations and compliance functions. He began his professional career as an auditor in 1995 with the international public accounting firm Deloitte, LLP. He co-founded The Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism (NEOPAT), a local non-profit organization that promotes patriotism and supports local military personnel and their families. Dominic received a BA degree in Accountancy from John Carroll University.
Jennifer Hunt joined Primus in 1998. She serves as the Office Administrator and is also involved in various accounting support functions for the firm. Jennifer earned a BSBA in Business Administration and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
John joined Primus in 2018 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an analyst in the Technology & Services investment banking group at Raymond James, where he completed sell-side transactions for growth-focused companies in the financial technology and IT services verticals. John graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, receiving a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Jordan joined Primus in 2022 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions and debt and equity financings. Jordan graduated from Davidson College and holds a BA in Economics.

Michael joined Primus in 2019 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co. where he focused on sellside and buyside M&A advisory for growth-oriented Technology Solutions and Aerospace & Defense companies. Michael graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, receiving a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.

Phil joined Primus in 2001. His investment experience spans the healthcare, healthcare information technology, human capital management, software, and business services industry sectors. Phil is currently a Director of Ambition, BizLibrary, Cayuse, EnableComp, Hayes Management Consulting, Healthcare Bluebook, Lightbeam Health Solutions, MEDHOST, Payspan, BioProcure & Prendio, and Trilliant Health. Shelly served in various roles at Primus from 1995-2004. She rejoined Primus in 2014 to focus on the firm's technology, website and marketing functions. Shelly earned a BS in Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
Stefanie joined Primus in 2011. Prior to joining Primus, she spent seven years with The Siegfried Group in Cleveland where she assisted various Fortune 1000 companies in completing critical finance and accounting work. Prior to The Siegfried Group, she worked for Lincoln Electric in their Internal Audit department and started her career with Deloitte in their Assurance department. Stefanie earned a BS cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Dayton majoring in Finance and Accounting (CPA-Inactive).
William joined Primus in 2022 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Truist Securities in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group, where he focused on Technology, Media and Telecommunications. William graduated from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, receiving a BBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics.
Will joined Primus in 2022 and is based in the Atlanta office. He is currently involved with the firm's investments in Ambition and Netchex. Prior to Primus, Will spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Citizens M&A Advisory where he worked on M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Will graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, receiving a BBA in Finance and Real Estate.
