OSA is the developer of the PowrSym family of electric power system generation, transmission, and fuel supply models. The PowrSym4 Model is a unified generation system, hydro system, renewable resources, electric grid, and natural gas grid simulation that optimally dispatches resources to meet the electric loads, natural gas demands, and heat supply demands on an hourly basis for study periods ranging from weeks to several years. PowrSym is a risk based model with the ability to treat uncertainty on all input data and produce risk curves in addition to expected values.
