Dr. Mark Vickers is co-founder and co-owner of Precision Insights, LLC. Dr. Vickers serves as President and Director of Broker training for services obtained at www.tworelate.com and www.worktraits.com. Mark graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with majors in history and religious studies. He earned master degrees in history and religious studies from Claremont Graduate University and U.C.S.B. respectively. He then earned a Ph.D. degree from U.C.S.B. in educational leadership. His dissertation focused on leadership development through the use of mentoring programs. From 1998-2002, Dr. Vickers was assistant professor of leadership development at the International School of Theology, where he and Dr. Gordon Klenck, created a leadership development curriculum used internationally. Currently, Dr. Vickers is available for seminars and workshops focusing on mentoring in the workplace and within collegiate and professional athletic teams.
