Bruce was born in Washington and has been in the remodeling industry his entire life. His parents owned a cabinet, door, and millwork manufacturing company where he learned how to build, install, and reface cabinets. Bruce also became skilled as an in-home customer service technician during that time. After his parents retired, he took the reins and ran his own remodeling company, specializing in additions, kitchen remodels, and bath remodels. However, in 2017, Bruce and his family made the decision to relocate to Arizona. With over 46 years of experience in the remodeling industry, Bruce has truly dedicated his life to his craft.
Carrie love for the arts, specifically fashion and interior design, led her to pursue a BFA in Textile/Surface Design and Styling from the State University of New York Fashion Institute of Technology. After working in the textile industry for ten years, she transitioned to working for Anthropologie, URBN Inc., where she helped customers style their wardrobes and homes. After moving to Arizona in 2015, her passion for interior design grew. Carrie joined the Premier Kitchen and Bath team in 2023 to pursue her dream of turning her passion for interior design into a career. Her diverse background and expertise in design make her an excellent addition to the PKB team.
Chris is an experienced designer with over 20 years in the industry. His focus on kitchen and bathroom design began in Chicago, where he quickly discovered his passion for creating functional yet beautiful spaces. With his background in cooking, Chris approaches each project with a unique eye for personalized design. He holds an undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and a BFA from the Colorado Institute of Art. Chris has won multiple awards and national recognition for his work. He is happy to be back in the west, where he can enjoy hiking and the desert weather while continuing to create exceptional design solutions for his clients.
Greg's unwavering commitment to building a business based on quality, service, and trust has been the cornerstone of Premier's success. With nearly three decades of experience in construction and business management, he has instilled these values in every aspect of his company's operations. Greg takes pride in seeing his team embody these principles and deliver exceptional results to clients. Outside of work, Greg cherishes spending time with his family, embarking on off-roading adventures, and prioritizing his health through regular exercise and nutrition.

Kent is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, real estate, and design/build. He graduated with degrees in Finance and Real Estate from U of A and ran his own design/build firms for 27 years before joining Premier Kitchen in 2015. Kent believes that customer experience and satisfaction with the process are key to ensuring success for himself and his team. Outside of work, Kent enjoys traveling with his wife of 27 years, staying active through hiking and cycling, and spending time with his three children. His dedication to both his personal and professional life is a testament to his character and passion for success.
Kym Davis is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He has worked as an interior designer, general contractor, and consultant, specializing in the Kitchen & Bath arena. Currently, he is a key member of Premier's Design Team, where he helps team members work within the company's processes to deliver the best results for their clients. Kym finds joy in seeing his team members succeed and witnessing the delight on clients' faces as they experience their newly designed spaces. As a member of the leadership team, he is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards at Premier.
When he's not working, Kym cherishes spending time with his family. He and his wife have raised two wonderful children and are now enjoying being grandparents. Kym is also an avid golfer and appreciates the year-round golf opportunities that Arizona offers.
Mara, originally from Orange County California, was the proprietor of a boutique shop in Laguna Beach. She is passionate about incorporating natural beauty into her designs and loves working with clients to bring their ideas to life. She has been featured in several magazines for her interior designs and photography.
Rachel's journey is a true testament to her resilience and determination. After leaving the banking and brokerage industry, she discovered a passion for tile design and installation. She dedicated years to honing her skills, building a business, and eventually becoming a successful designer for Premier Kitchen and Bath. Rachel's expertise and passion for design shine through in every project she takes on, and her unique background in tile installation sets her apart from other designers. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, writing, singing, and exploring nature. Her journey is truly inspiring and a reminder that with dedication and hard work, anything is possible.
Rob has over 30 years' experience in the construction Industry. Starting out building and installing custom cabinetry, he advanced to designing projects. His accomplishments include the Marriot in Aruba, the Maricopa Jail, the Mauna Kea Observatory in Hawaii, and the Access Control system for the Lotte Towers in S. Korea. At Premier, Rob is tasked to produce all the field documents necessary to deliver projects as planned. Besides being a big college football fan and a giant Sci-fi geek, Rob enjoys riding his e-bike and spending time with his grandchildren.
Stephanie's passion for designing beautiful and functional spaces blossomed during her childhood in the Midwest. She pursued her dreams by obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago and has spent almost 25 years honing her craft in the industry. Throughout her career, Stephanie has had the pleasure of building and remodeling homes across the United States and the Caribbean. She is committed to translating her clients' visions into reality by creating spaces that reflect their unique personalities and enhance their daily lives. Stephanie's belief that a home should be a sanctuary is evident in the exceptional spaces she designs. When Stephanie is not designing, she loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures. She also practices yoga and Pilates to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Stephanie Rice is an accomplished Design Team Manager at Premier Kitchen and Bath, leveraging her expertise in organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness. Her technical abilities and CAD skills were honed while studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she gained invaluable experience in the field. Outside of work, Rice enjoys spending time with her fluffy dogs, indulging in her passion for animals and the great outdoors. With her impressive skill set and dedication to her craft, Rice is invaluable to her team, and a role model for aspiring design techs.
Tracey hails from Southern California but has been a proud resident of Arizona since 2001. With over three decades of experience in construction accounting, Tracey has developed a deep passion for the field. In 2020, she joined the PKB team, excited to be part of a growing, successful, and exceptional team. Tracey looks forward to contributing her expertise to the team's continued growth and success in the years ahead.
