PROCEDURE PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION

PPA provides opportunities for anyone with an interest in developing best in class human factored procedures and work instructions. PPA membership has its advantages, including communication with highly experienced procedure writers, supervisors, and managers... PPA, in collaboration with a number of member companies, has developed a technical writer training program and certification based on industry recognized standards. PPA also offers a certification process for highly qualified instructors to teach this course.
