Aaron Diehl joined Price Edwards in 2020 after serving as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for Levinson Real Estate. Originally from Moore, Oklahoma he attended the New School University for Social Research in New York City pursuing a Liberal Arts degree with a minor in business management. After college Aaron got his first taste for investment and marketing as a Commercial Theater Producer and Manager for over 20 Broadway and Off-Broadway Productions. Since returning to Oklahoma in 2011 he worked as the Regional Manager for Planet fitness and a marketing consultant for retail and entertainment start-ups in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
Aaron started his real estate career in 2015 and has represented dozens of clients to help both sell and lease industrial, retail, and office properties throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. He is a member of the Oklahoma Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, International Counsel of Shopping Centers, and is a Candidate member for the Council of Commercial Investment Managers. Aaron currently serves as the treasurer for the Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre.
Amy started in the commercial real estate industry in 1992. Over the last thirty years, she has managed numerous high-rise office properties as well as retail and medical facilities.
She previously worked at Price Edwards and Company prior to relocating to Colorado in 1999, where she worked alongside a real estate developer assisting in all aspects of acquisitions and development. She has experience in managing larger multi-use properties and has worked for smaller boutique commercial firms as well as a national firm specializing in hospital and medical facilities. In 2022, Amy returned to Price Edwards and Company to oversee the operation of over 1.2 million square feet of retail and office properties.

Amy Watson joined Price Edwards in 2022 after a 20-year career in Multi-family Property Management. Her success in multi-family consulting, converting receiverships to performing REITS and developing operations for new developments, awarded her as the most desired employee in property management. She is the profile assessment model for prescreening for a national corporation in addition to recognized awards for performance.
She has managed up to 3,000 units in her portfolio and over 50 employees under her supervision in multiple locations. Her leadership approach is to be of service to people and add value to their strengths. She participates in nonprofit organizations that help other women join the workforce after being unemployable.

Mrs. Hoisington has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She began working with a local real estate investor in 2001 and has since worked with several national management companies overseeing properties in various states. Mrs. Hoisington has managed multiple property types including retail, industrial, office, and medical.
Mrs. Hoisington received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation in January 2011 from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She has been a member of BOMA Oklahoma City since 2005 and has served on the Board of Directors and is a Past President.
Currently, Mrs. Hoisington manages over 600,000 square feet of property consisting of the BancFirst Tower, the BancFirst Support Center, and the Santa Fe Garage in downtown Oklahoma City. The property completed a major renovation in 2023, with additional improvements scheduled.

Angela D, Schneider, who previously managed commercial office property for Price Edwards and Company, returned in September 2017 as a Senior Property Manager, managing two Class A properties, Quail Springs Office Park and IBC Bank Center with a total square footage of 577,457. Angela has professionally managed a variety of commercial properties during her 25+ years in commercial property management, with portfolios in excess of 1 million square feet. These properties included high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise office buildings, retail shopping centers (including strip centers, shopping mall, big box and stand-alone retail), industrial centers, restaurants, bars, flex space, and multi-use properties located in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas. Angela received her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in December 2002 from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). Angela, who has been a standing member of the Oklahoma City Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA OKC) since 1999, served on the BOMA OKC Board for three years as the Secretary/Treasurer. Additionally, Angela was previously a member of the Oklahoma City Safety and Security Council and a member of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.

Briana Akers joined Price Edwards and Company in July of 2019. Briana serves as the Assistant Property Manager for over 600,000 square feet of property consisting of the BancFirst Tower, the BancFirst Support Center, and the Santa Fe Garage. Briana's responsibilities include accounting, lease administration and tenant relations. Briana is a member of the Oklahoma City Building Owners and Managers Association.

Carmen Harrell joined the Tulsa team of Price Edwards and Company in early 2022 to take on the management of over 400,000 SF of office across multiple properties in the Tulsa area.
Carmen is a seasoned property manager with over 13 years of property management experience. She is responsible for client interface, reporting, tenant relations and operational matters for her portfolio.
As a native Arkansan, Carmen located to Tulsa in 2014. She has a Business Management degree from Southern Arkansas University and previous work experience in banking and logistics.
Carmen is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and is an Oklahoma licensed real estate associate.

Chris Roberts joined the Industrial Team of Price Edwards and Company in June of 2015 and is responsible for the sale or leasing of industrial, office and retail space in and around the Greater Oklahoma City area. Before joining Price Edwards and Company, Chris had over a decade of customer service and sales experience gained through work in the wine and spirits industry in Oklahoma, Chicago, and California. He most recently worked for Paragon Brands, a local wine and spirits broker, and maintained over 300 accounts in Oklahoma. Chris was also one of the first employees of the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2008 and helped assist the initial ticket request list and sale of 13,000 full season tickets and later served as a season ticket account manager for three seasons.

Cordell C. Brown, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), Vice President of the Investment Division, joined Price Edwards in 1991. Cordell brings over 40 years of experience in real estate investments to his position in office building sales and acquisitions. Since joining Price Edwards, Cordell has participated in many major office building sales transactions. At the same time, he has assisted many local businesses in locating properties to house their operations and in selling the properties they have outgrown.

Danny Rivera joined Price Edwards and Company in July of 2015, as an associate in the Industrial and Investment Division.
Rivera graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2004 and has been active in the Oklahoma City industrial real estate market since 2005. As one of the most active Industrial agents in this market, he has been fortunate enough to work with companies such as Hobby Lobby, Chesapeake Energy, GE, YRC Worldwide, Swift Transportation, Waste Management, Western Flyer, City Trailer, Kaiser-Francis, Waukesha Pearce, Franks Tong Service, Sandbox Logistics, Downing Wellhead and many more local companies.
Danny is married to his wife Brooke, they have two children Benson and Willow. His community involvement includes Children's Hospital Foundation- Advisory Board, Infant Crisis Services- Young Professionals Board, The Oklahoma City Ballet Board and Knights of Columbus at Christ the King Catholic Church in OKC.

Mr. Copeland joined Price Edwards in fall of 2018. He brings over 33 years of experience to the company including work in property management, facility management, asset management, operations and capital planning. He began his property management career in 1986 with the Swearingen Company in Tulsa. He then transitioned to CB Richard Ellis where he was covering multiple markets in the Southwest, primarily in the Austin, Dallas and Houston areas. In 2004, he relocated back to Oklahoma City and began a sixteen-year term with GBR Properties. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in accounting and carries the Real property Administrator and Facility Management Administrator designations from the Building Owner and Management Institute. He is responsible for the management of a portfolio comprising 493,723 square feet which is primarily composed of hospital and office locations in the Oklahoma City metro area.

Dirk Erdoes joined Price Edwards and Company in October of 2023 as a Multifamily Investment Advisor. Dirk graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Management. Dirk had been in the commercial real estate industry for two years prior to joining Price Edwards and Company. Dirk has focused on the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of Multifamily assets in Oklahoma and surrounding markets. Dirk is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council and the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma.
Emily Dobson Timm joined Price Edwards and Company in the September 2019. Emily is responsible for the management of a 500,000+ square foot portfolio that includes several multi-story office buildings and an industrial building.
Emily brings more than 20 years of commercial property management experience, managing numerous high-rise office buildings throughout Oklahoma City, with portfolios in excess of 1 million square feet. Emily is a member of Oklahoma City Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA OKC) and previously served as the Vice President and President of BOMA OKC.
Erin joined the Price Edwards and Company management team in 2020. She will manage a portfolio of office and industrial properties. Erin brings over 10 years of experience to the company, to include management of multi-residential, single-family housing, tax-credit, commercial - office, retail and industrial investments. Erin holds a keen aptitude for taking charge of any task thrown her way, alleviating challenges for our owners and tenants.
Erin completed her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University. She also holds an active real estate sales license for the state of Oklahoma. Prior to Price Edwards and Company, Erin managed a $15M+ portfolio of commercial investments, along with numerous HOA, COA and residential investments with Michael Biddinger Real Estate.

George Williams, CCIM, began his real estate in 2015 after working for over a decade at Dell Technologies. He's a partner within the Price Edwards and Company's Retail Investment Team and his responsibilities encompass marketing, sales, and leasing of retail properties within Price Edwards' portfolio.
With expertise representing landlords, developers, and local and national tenants in Oklahoma, George brings a balanced blend of decision-making and collaborative skills. He excels in understanding client needs, building rapport, and closing deals effectively. George's approach centers on relationships. Leveraging his network of retailers, developers, landlords, and brokers, he assists clients adeptly. His achievements span diverse property types, including neighborhood, community, power centers, mixed-use, and lifestyle properties, along with development and redevelopment projects.
George is a Baylor University graduate and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Commercial Real Estate Council. Notably, he's a board member of NEOKC Renaissance and Chairman of the Alpha Community Foundation of Oklahoma.
Acknowledged as a Costar Power broker from 2017 to 2021, George has earned multiple Sales Transactions of the Year and Lease Transaction of the Year awards from the Commercial Real Estate Council. In 2022, Price Edward and Company's Retail Investment Team closed $67,000,000 in transactions. George is a graduate of Baylor University.

Jacob Simon joined Price Edwards and Company as a Retail Specialist in January of 2019. His primary focus is tenant and landlord representation for retail properties in Oklahoma.
He is an Oklahoma City native who attended both Texas Tech University and Oklahoma City University, while playing collegiate golf. In May of 2013, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and decided to play golf professionally on mini tours around the country.
After three years, he switched career paths and started a career in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Price Edwards, Jacob worked with Emersons Commercial Real Estate where he leased and sold retail, office, and industrial properties.
Jacob loves to be involved with the community including St. Elijah Orthodox Church, The Commercial Real Estate Council, Oklahoma City Young Professionals, OKConnect Class 9, among others.

Josh Love joined the Price Edwards and Company Tulsa brokerage team in 2019.
Love is a professional with a wealth of knowledge about the Tulsa industrial market. His expertise allows him to guide clients through the process of making informed decisions when it comes to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, flex and more. He is committed to serving the unique needs of his industrial clients and tenants and helping them achieve their goals.
Love is currently representing a range of clients including private investors, tenants, landlords, and national investment firms. Among his responsibilities is the leasing of a 6-property industrial portfolio in Tulsa, which comprises over 1 million square feet of space and features more than 100 tenant spaces.
Originally from London, England, Love attended City University before transferring to The University of Tulsa, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to joining PEC, Love gained a wealth of experience within the insurance broking industry, working across Corporate, Reinsurance, and Wholesale Broking.
Joining the Price Edwards family in 2020, Ms. Adams proudly manages a real estate portfolio consisting of the Harvey Parkway office building, Grande Centre, and specialty retail in the Oklahoma City metro area.
A native Texan, Ms. Adams is a 2004 graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. After beginning her property management career in sunny Honolulu, Ms. Adams proceeded to earn the distinguished Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owner and Management Institute. Ms. Adams has been an active member of BOMA Oklahoma City since 2008 and served as its President in 2018. She enjoys spending time playing Legos with her two young boys and gardening with her husband.
Lori joined the Price Edwards and Company management team in 2022. She manages a portfolio of industrial properties totaling more than 1 million square feet. Lori brings over 12 years of commercial property management experience. She offers expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management, and lease compliance. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication, and budget preparation. Lori graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She is a member of BOMA Oklahoma City and has previously served on the Board as Education Chair. Mark Patton joined Price Edwards and Company in 2010. His principal activities include commercial and industrial real estate sales and leasing, specializing in industrial land and buildings. Major clients include Baker Hughes, Inc., Ryder Systems, EastGroup Properties, Oklahoma Publishing Company, Dresser Industries, Love's Country Stores, Pillsbury Co., and Seagate Technologies.
Patton is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Price Edwards and Company, Patton worked over 30 years for Gerald L. Gamble Co. Inc., Commercial, and Industrial Realtors. Patton was also a Vice-President with Southwest Title & Trust Company for eight years. Prior to his affiliation with Southwest Title, he held the position of Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Real Estate Institute.
Patton's involvement in professional and civic organizations includes membership in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and the Oklahoma Association of Realtors; President of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma City; Alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City; past-President of Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Association; and former board member of the American Red Cross, Oklahoma City Arts Council, and Leadership Oklahoma City. He is a former president of Edmond All Sports, Inc., and in May of 1993, Patton was appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma to an eight-year term as Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Commission, during which he served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission.

Paul Ravencraft is a partner of the Retail Investment Team for Price Edwards and Company and entered the real estate business in 1985. Since joining Price Edwards and Company in 1993, he has been involved in over 6,700,000 square feet of investment sales. This represents over $405,000,000 in real estate volume. Many of the largest real estate transactions in Oklahoma City have been brokered with Mr. Ravencraft. From having spent 32 years in the Oklahoma City marketplace, Paul has been able to build an extensive database of real estate investors. Mr. Ravencraft has extensive market knowledge, specializing in retail investments.
Paul is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, TCN Worldwide and Chainlinks Retail advisors.
