We've become aware of recent phishing attempts targeting our Law Firm. Phishers are sending emails that appear to be from POTAMITISVEKRIS often requesting sensitive information like passwords or personal details... We advised ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC SAE, a global leader in the energy sector, on the development, financing and construction of a 50MW/100MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project was selected in the first RAE Standalone Battery Storage Tender and will operate under a long-term Operational Aid Agreement with Greece's renewable energy sources operator (DAPEEP)... POTAMITISVEKRIS supported Elsewedy on negotiating the project documents, as well as the financing documents, on the first project financing for standalone battery energy storage projects in Greece, co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and National Bank of Greece. This project represents a pivotal step in transforming Greece's energy market.
