Over the years, Precision Aircraft Services quickly became one of the top maintenance facilities in West Texas for pleasure planes, commercial aircraft, and airline aircraft... In 1977, our company was founded as Precision Aircraft Services by Frank Hinds in San Angelo, TX. He had a vision of what he expected from a maintenance facility and believed he could achieve that in his new business. However, the future was unsure in the early years as the company's reputation was being built.
